Easy to park, not well labeled for getting back to your vehicle from the road.

Do not recommend using with prepay parking apps. I he check in isn't clear, and once you take a ticket, there is no way to get the entrance to scan your prepay code. I thought I'd sort it out at the exit and left my ticket at the entrance. They held me hostage for $100 to the xit for 3 hours of parking reserved in advance with spot hero

Dirty. Smells like urine. Dark in spots - be careful. Whoever manages this garage needs to be FIRED!! I cannot believe this is the garage for One Bennett — one of the nicest residences in Chicago. Disgusting!

My friend was supposed to get a validation discount and she had to run around and argue for an hour to even get her car out and I was overcharged by over 20 dollars. It is obvious that the owners don't care about customers or customer service. They are more like pirates than merchants. Take a bike or train or park in any other lot instead. I would rather be mugged than go there. I would probably lose less money.

TERRIBLE-AVOID

There is no 5 min grace period unlike 99% of the garages in the area. If you are 1 min over your reservation they charge you $17. Rude Attendant. Suspicious people loitering in the garage. As a resident in the area, I will most definitely never park here again.

Paid $39 at the kiosk for about 6 hours of parking but apparently I took too long from the time I paid till the time I exited (about 20 min) and needed to pay an additional $17! Attendant was no help and we were just ready to go so I had no other choice.

Passing a couple minutes it costs double the amount. Also does not give you any way to leave if you choose not to park here.

Consumer Protection needs to look into this place, they are not operating legitimately.
