Country Companies, Carole Stolze agency, has caused numerous problems with my mortgage company for my Homeowner’s insurance, only covered half of my roof on the one claim I have made in 14 years. Low coverage yet high rates on auto and Homeowner’s. I am a good customer with a very high credit score. I have been with them for many years, (against better judgment) yet have been treated disrespectfully frequently. I should most definitely have switched companies before now. I have lost a lot of money, been taken advantage of, and have been extremely frustrated.
