Visited Perry George last night for the first time. Carol was amazing!!! I walked in shortly before closing and she made time to fit me in for a men’s cut and camo.
Carol articulated her vision and point of view on updating my style with confidence and conviction. Her assessment was predicated on my facial features and length of hair.
She was spot on.....
I have already received several compliments this morning.
In closing, Carol is as warm and personable as she is ”skilled”.
I highly recommend Carol and will be returning.

I cannot rate this high enough! Where to begin...well I went to Perry George's today for the first time because of a groupon. The price was too good for an ombre,cut,and style. Very friendly elderly receptionist had me fill out some information before I was taken to a seat. My stylist was Carole,who happens to be one of the owners,and she was fabulous. When I showed her a picture of what I wanted she explained in detail how she would go about doing it and also how what I wanted was actually more than an ombre. I wanted a color as WELL as an ombre. She explained prices and even offered to move my appointment to a later date if I decided I didnt have the funds to do the color there and do a box color (like I had been doing) first. I opted to paying the extra because I didnt think the price was bad at all,especially for my length of hair. Carole was super friendly and we chatted up a storm. My hair took about 2 hours or so and I am so glad I gave here a try because I am extatic with the outcome. Looove it! I will most deffinetly be returning and I would absolutely recommend Carole!

I have been coming to this salon for years. Perry always does a wonderful job. My wife sees Carol and she always comes out looking great as well. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

The entire staff is friendly and professional. I'm very picky about stylists since i have fine, course hair. So i've been through more stylists than i'd care to count until now. Nobody does better cuts or color than Perry himself. Alot of my family also happy to be clients. Added perk...always offered a beverage.

Carol is so informative about hair and does an amazing job! She is worth driving out of town for. Beautiful work and such a pleasant person.

Zero Stars. Professional courtesy is absolutely lacking and appalling!I was supposed to receive waxing and the lady, Christa, canceled on the exact time of when I was supposed to receive it and I had just gotten there. Granted, there was a situation which I understood, however I explained to her there was an important trip that I had the following week. I told her to follow up with me. I never heard one word from her. It ruined my trip. Complete inconsideration and unprofessional! She never called to apologize! What makes matters worse is the owner, Carol, never gave me a call. I called several times. Based on their behavior, they ignore and blow off customers who could potentially give a considerable amount of business. Because of their unprofessionalism, I referred five business colleagues and friends to other businesses, so ultimately they lost business in addition to mine. There are plenty of other salons out there, I do not recommend this one.

My husband purchased a groupon for me to get my hair colored and cut a month back. When I went to call them they wouldn't pick up their phone during regular working hours. I called perhaps 5x for two weeks before I could schedule an appointment. WHen I finally did they only allowed me to schedule my appointment for when they had an available person to do this. I really believe they choose people based on who will do a Groupon appointment. Because on their website it states walk ins welcome. Anyways so I couldn't make it to my appointment today so I called in beforehand yesterday and again I couldn't reach them. So today I called again and they told me that if I cancel once more that they no longer would accept my voucher. I expressed to them my concerns as best as I could. I truly believe they were scamming me because I've never had an experience like this else where. The front desk lady got so offended she threatened to return my voucher and clicked on me. When I called back she wouldn't answer me no longer, so I asked my husband to call and she did the same thing to him. Ive purchased many groupon vouchers before and everywhere else has been a great experience from the get go except this place. If they don't like this kind of business I suggest they shouldn't even advertise it. Worst experience ever. In addition I work for a customer service and would never handled it the way this front desk lady did. They don't like dealing with Groupon vouchers so save your money and time and purchase elsewhere. I couldn't even reach a manager bc they no longer would answer. Terrible place. Even their work on clients hair seems wonk. You'll probably be able to get a better service anywhere else. Run.

A few months back I went to Perry George because I had a groupon and thought I could maybe just walk in and get my nails done. They told me I would need an appointment which was fine but the soonest they could get me in was in 3-4 weeks. REALLY!! So I made the appointment and figured I would be do for another mani-pedi about that time and went somewhere else. I showed up for my appointment about 5 minutes late and they told me that since I was late the nail tech went home. REALLY 5 MINUTES! She said they could schedule me in a couple of weeks but that I would not be able to use the groupon because it would be expired by then. I insisted they get the nail tech back (she couldn't have gotten very far in five min.) or give me a refund for my groupon and they called her and I waited about 15 min for her to get back. She rushed through my mani-pedi and did nothing but complain about how over worked she was because of the groupons that were sold. I wasn't happy with the tech, the customer service or the mani-pedi. I will never go there again and I suggest neither should anyone else.
