Noodles and Company

Please ask corporate to switch back to the other gluten friendly noodle. For years Noodles and co has been the only good fast casual gluten free option. And the staff at this location is always so helpful and kind. The new penne are the same garbage ones every other place uses. They’re basically inedible. The don’t taste good and the worst part is they fall apart. You can’t even stab them with a fork. Noodles used to be a safe food for me. I knew I could get something quick, safe and actually tasty. I order probably weekly 😩 I won’t any more though. I know you have the pad Thai style rice noodles but that such a departure from the right noodle for other dishes. First world problems but either way. I’ve been a long time fan because of my diet restrictions and wish you could bring them back!

Stopped in here for lunch on a whim. Employee behind the counter named Edward was welcoming and friendly. Staff had my lunch to me hot & ready before I even knew it. Great location, friendly staff, and tasty food. Will definitely be coming back.

Their Wisconsin mac and cheese is really good. The service was great too. The cashier was very polite.

Noodles and Company for me is a freshly made Pasta Joint. I love how they prepare your meal to order even though it may have a bit of a wait time. Like they say "good things take time"

Not gonna lie it is a bit pricey but for freshness and quality it's worth it. I find myself coming back here religiously ordering the same thing, because ths Alfredo Montamore is really good.

If you have a taste for noodles and you don't want to break the bank. I suggest you try Noodles and Company. Delicious.

Noodles here were unexpectedly phenomenal... cheesy garlic bread needed way more cheese but was still good, throw a little mozzarella on the bread next time and it will be yummy !. Nothing else to say, If you like noodles this is probably the place for you!!!!.

I ordered online today and doordash driver stole my food. So I called in for help and their manager was calm and amazing . Had to give a huge shout out to this team for being problem solver! Thanks so much!

The Manager Flip (Felippe) was very kind and helpful. Employees do a job keeping up with orders. Restaurant is clean and well maintained and the food is always tasty at Noodles and Co.

I love that I can walk there from my dorm and have a nice lunch (especially during the winter time). The service can depend on which Noodles and Company you go to. Here, you're expected to clean up after yourself, which I have no problems doing. The one downtown will take your dishes for you, if you'd like. I usually get the Pork Adobe, and it is simply delicious. A bit on the hot side, but if you love hot foods, you're good to go. I also love that their food feels more authentic, instead of feeling greasy and watery. Can't speak for everyone, but I've never had any troubles with orders or getting my food in a timely manner.

Was headed to Chipotle l, but this place caught my eye while walking. So glad I gave them a try... Great variety of dishes and very tasty 😋.

The food at Noodles and Company is always great. There is a good selection and you can createc your own combination.

Working next to this Noodles, I've found myself spending a lot of time there and falling into a handful of my "regular" dishes. But the reason I keep going is the staff. They've taken the time to get to know me and remember me when I come in that makes lunch time much more pleasant than it is at any of the other restaurants in the surrounding area. Always a good experience.

I’ve been a huge lover of noodles & company for a few years now. This location in particular however, stands out the most. I feel like my food is prepared extremely well and fresh. My grilled chicken on penne Rosa is always juicy and grilled.

One of the newer locations for Noodles & Co in Chicago and I love that this fast-casual came to downtown. With close proximity to Marshall's and Nordstrom Rack this is a great spot to grab good food and is not nearly as crowded as the Panera across the street. Inside the restaurant itself, I love the touch-screen soda machine, the new seating and the fact they give you real silverware. They offer outdoor seating when the weather is nice. It's really helpful that you can place an order online and then pick up. They offer validated parking as well in the garage just be sure to ask! 5 stars for service and good food, especially considering the price point!

My lunch favorite. My last order was missing food and my noodles were dry.

Very awesome food. I had the mac and cheese with steak. I loved it. Quick friendly service, I was with 5 others and our orders were right and served quick.
