Over promise, over charge, under deliver. Attorney was clueless about dealing with hard money loans, made so many clerical mistakes on closing documents that delayed closing dates. Had to make multiple calls for them to actually do their job. Horrible experience. Never using again for investor deals.

I WAS HERE FOR 6 HOURS, and I’m pretty sure I had to leave because it was 6pm and they closed at 5pm. My appointment was at 12pm…..

She literally helped white people that came in @ 2 and 3 before me???? LIKE HOWWWWWWW

If I ever felt discrimination, it was here and with my closer, not the staff. They all just work there and I get that.

Anyways she never finished my closing paperwork but I managed to leave with my papers. (I didn’t need a check)

They didn't send me my wire instructions. Going to mess up my closing day tomorrow. I had no choice in using this company but if you do - AVOID!

a terribly thieving approach to the customer, the amazon driver crashed my wife's car, I'm waiting for over 3 months to be repaired to no avail
