Each person I dealt with was super nice very attentive. They all listened, made sure they understood me. Then discussed a few options & discussed with me before coming up with a plan & telling me. Absolutely felt cared for & was a great first experience.

Year and always treated with care and compassion and understanding. I’ve had no issues with billing. I’ve had a few procedures and blood drawn in house. All have wonderful employees doing these jobs and have gone well. I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a Obgyn.

Dr. Santiago and his staff are top notch!! Everyone is friendly, informative, knowledgeable and attentive. Special shoutout goes to Lexi, she is an absolute gem with her down to earth approach. My husband and I leave feeling well cared for.

Through 6 pregnancies and giving birth to 3 babies across 3 different states, I’ve been to more OB/GYN offices than is typical. With that being said, this office and this amazing team of people are leagues above the rest. I practically never leave reviews, but this office is well worth my time. From the front desk girls, to the nurses, to the providers… they are all top notch and absolutely the most kind people I’ve ever met in a professional setting. They truly care and want to accommodate you in every way possible. I had to bring all three of my small children with me to an appointment and every person in that office was so kind to them! They never once made me feel like they were an inconvenience. In fact, they treated my children with absolute kindness and were beyond helpful with entertaining them when necessary so that my appointment could go smoothly. They truly turned a less than ideal situation into an absolute pleasure. I just can’t say enough to emphasize the level of care and kindness provided by this office. They listen to you, care about your concerns, and take action in every area you need it.

Dr Santiago is very knowledgeable and explained things in an understandable way. He was kind and I didn't feel rushed out the door. As an LGBT individual these settings can be very awkward, but both the doctor and staff were very respectful. I was much more comfortable at this office than previous ones.

Dr. Santiago did an amazing job describing in detail about conditions and treatment plans for me. I’m very pleased with the way their office is ran, and they have a very comfortable waiting area. Everyone was kind and respectful as well :)

Always highly recommend Dr.Santiago. My first was a stillborn and he was there for my husband and I through it all during and after. My body was failing as well and I truly believe he’s a big reason why I survived. I’m a high risk pregnancy and he always makes sure to take that extra step to make sure baby and I are okay. He’s a big reason why we have 2 healthy little girls now. Not only is he great but he has the best staff. The ultrasound tech is amazing, the front desk ladies are amazing, the nurse practitioners are amazing, and the nurses are amazing. Because of being a high risk I’ve spent a lot of time at the office and they always made me feel so safe and welcoming. I’m so thankful for all of them.
