Athletico Physical Therapy - Indianapolis (Eagle Creek)

I just wanted to give Jacob 1 more shout out, you represent the company at more than face value. You're on top of questions asked, information received, at-home tips provided & the medical aspects regarding tension/stress. You've made sure to (not only) take accurate angular measurements & apply timed therapy... You (also) got your team involved "hands-on" as well.

This place is incredible. They are professional, caring, and knowledgeable. This is my second go around at Athletico and I can tell you that they put me on the road to healing and recovery. Tim is gentle, super great bedside manner, and he puts you at ease. Jayla is such an amazing rehabilitation technician and I have always appreciated her care and attention. I would definitely recommend and approve Athletico for your physical therapy needs.

Starting in March 2023 I had shoulder replacement surgery. I had the other shoulder replaced in July 2023. Between the 1st and 2nd and after the 2nd Tim Murphy worked on both shoulders. He is easy to work with and knows what he's doing. Sam, Mackenzie, Jayla and Jacob all have great customer "bed side manner". They are all very adept at helping you on the exercises, telling you what to do, how to operate a machine (when called for), which strength bands to use, etc.

This is a very "family" place. Meaning they make you feel like family. There is a lot of laughter amidst the moans and groans of the exercises. Other patients have interacted with me (or maybe I did that to them) and it becomes like family, seeing the same on different visits.

I originally picked this place because it was within 5 minute drive of my home. Initially I didn't know the people there but when I walked in for my first appointment and saw Tim (I had coached his younger brother decades earlier in baseball) I knew I would be in good hands.

Sam always greets you with a smile. In my case she smiled more when I left (not sure what that was about).

Mackensie was great at helping out and was very hands on when putting ice on my shoulder, oft times to the point of strangling me (Ok, that's a joke).

My wife went to another PT place on the N/W side and even though I didn't go in to see them work with her it seemed very impersonal.

I highly HIGHLY recommend this place for PT after your surgery. They know what they're doing and try their best to make it as comfortable for you as is possible.

Physical Therapy is hard enough and there is going to be some pain. But working with these people make that hour go by quickly. But if you're not going to do the work at home also......well, you have to exercise at home.

After months and months of discomfort and countless number of Aleve table that was I was fortunate to meet the Team here and have Tim who guided me to an amazing recovery. These folks are friendly and have made my life significantly better.

I do not give high praise easily, but giving it for Eagle Creek Athletico is easy. I went there for post-knee replacement issues and I am very satisfied with the results. The facility is clean and bright. The physical therapists are knowledgeable and skilled. Everyone is over-the-top friendly, led by Tim, head PT and clinic manager. Office manager Amanda is great, and very accommodating with scheduling. And here's looking at Armon, my favorite assistant who I didn't get to talk to before I left. Armon, you will make a wonderful physical therapist one day! Good luck!

I initially went in for a free assessment to determine needs. My physical therapist, Jacob, suggested physical therapy twice a week. It has made significant and fast progress in my healing. The staff have all shown professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend Athletico and Jacob!

I've been to this Athletico location for two different injuries and both times have been wonderful experiences. Tim's hands-on approach has been helpful in my recovery and Nate always provides excellent guidance for the exercise protocols. Samantha's always quick to ensure prompt service and accommodating scheduling.

My experience with athletico was awesome. I’ve been going for 9 months and My experience with Ben & Tim was awesome. I have definitely improved over time with my arthritic hip joint. I finally got a new hip replacement and it’s been great under the care of at Eagle Creek location. KB

Tim and Ben were awesome. They knew how to make me feel comfortable while working through my recovery. They listened to me and what I felt was important.

Samantha always greeted me with a simile and took an interest in me and how I was doing.

Awesome place. Each person starting with Samantha's welcoming voice when I call and offering a hello at the door. Morgan's helpful and smiling attidue. I've been given great care during my treatment by Tim and Ben.

There is not another place I would go to when needing therapy..I will always recommend Athletico at 5550 Lafayette Rd. They are warm, friendly, and professional as well as
great at what they do. My appointment was cut short by one day because of the wonderful work
they do..

They have helped my dad tremendously and are so flexible with scheduling. It’s awesome when your PT increases your flexibility by being flexible.

Went with severe back pain and neck pain. They helped me strengthen my core help relieve my back pain and my neck pain staff was very friendly and flexible with available dates and times. My best part was the heat pack. I would get thanks to the staff for all their work they help me with. Thanks Samantha for working with me on scheduling. My First Appointment with Timothy at Athletico Physical Therapy was Awesome. I believe I’m on the road to recovery. I felt comfortable and Tim seems to know exactly what he is doing to get me there. I’m so grateful my doctor sent me here.

I had a great experience doing PT here. Tim and Ben are both so knowledgeable, helpful and kind. They helped me improve greatly from an MCL sprain and ankle sprain. The whole staff was helpful and kind as well. Highly recommend ☺

This is such an amazing place to go to if you are in need of physical therapy. Ben and Tim are amazing at what they do and they focus on the patient's recovery goals so they can get better. I most definitely recommend this place 110%.

Working with the team was an awesome experience. I am now working out again and feeling excellent. The team is very professional and has always been very easy to engage with.
