I walked in today to get a quote for my business insurance and I COULD NOT be more pleased with my experience! Ms. Becky was knowledgeable and patient and answered ALL of my questions and concerns which is something that was lacking in my car insurance company and Elisa is absolutely wonderful with not only her clients but her staff as well! 10 out of 5 stars for these ladies!

I have been with State Farm, particularly Elisa Hager for several years. She covers both my home and auto. This is my second stint with State Farm since I’ve been an adult and by far the best experience of any previous insurance providers. They have helped me with multiple claims for home and auto and are proactive in reaching out to help me scale my policies (up or down) as needs change. I even hear from them on birthdays and holidays. I would absolutely recommend Elisa Hager for anyone looking for insurance!

Elisa Hager has been helping my family for years. Since I turned 16, she has been ever vigilant about explaining every part of insurance and the many options I have for coverage. I am now 26 & still utilize Elisa's attentive help for my auto & life insurance policies. Her assistant, Becky, is equally professional and responsive. I have been using this insurance agent for over 20 years and get outstanding service. I have my house and vehicles insured through them and have never had any problems. Years ago, when I hit my coworker car on the parking lot, which was not a big dent, she told me a few days later that I had a good insurance agent which took very good care of her. They fought for almost 5 years when an uninsured person hit the car my husband was driving. We received the cash that we had to pay out of pocket almost 5 years later. I was asked years ago why I did not use the agent in town, nothing wrong with them, but I am not going to change because I get excellent service and care. They really care about the people they service. Thumbs up!

I have been a long-standing customer of Elisa’s and have always received excellent service. I recently had a pretty complex issue to resolve. I spoke with Becky, who is absolutely outstanding! She was caring and concerned as she worked towards finding a resolution. She resolved the problem as well as followed up with me to ensure that I was happy with the outcome. Personally, Elisa has helped when I had a car accident. She did everything, so that I did not have anything to worry about when I was in the hospital. I could not be happier. I had trouble with a vehicle on Saturday. I needed road side assistance and my passenger is handicapped. I have In-Drive with the guardian service. I pushed the State Farm button and that started the ball rolling. State Farm and Road America made the arrangements for the towing of my van, and they also made sure that a handicapped taxi was on the scene to take care of my passenger and I.

State Farm, Road America, and the Sunset Hills Police Department, I can't thank you enough for helping me get through this issue safe and sound.

Most of my dealings have been with Becky. She is a real gem. I have auto and currently renters through them. I have talked to her about life insurance and also multiple car discounts, which hopefully in the next several months I will be adding to my current policy. Whenever I have questions they are very knowledgeable and always very helpful. During this time with the pandemic, it is good to know they are there to help.
