The Home Depot

We went to check out wood for a new deck. I'm planning on buying small amounts over the winter where I can have all the wood that I need to replace our back deck when springs arrive. As always, the wood is of great quality. I also purchased wood to build wood kitchen counters as well. I also found a great old fashioned ceramic kitchen sink that is going to look great with the wood counter tops. I've our plumber coming soon to estimate how he's going to install that kitchen sink soon.

Friendly staff always! My next experience is going to buy cement, after one of their knowledgeable employees directs me to the right one to choose.

I'll post the finished product because even though lumber is at its highest prices, if you've patience and buy little by little one can accomplish projects such as replacing a wooden deck, and the all natural wood counter tops.

Pleasant store, helpful clerks, we found everything we needed fairly easy self check out was pretty fast and easy to navigate, the clerks were very curtious considering we got there late abd were running thru the store hurring to get what we needed knkwing we were keeping the fro. Closing the store. They were patient and didn't hurry us like some stores do, TRYING TO RUSH YOU THRU THE STORE SO THEY CAN CLOSE THE DOORS AND LOVK UP, UNLIKE WALMART THE REGISTERS DON'T SHUT DOWN AT A CERTAIN TIME MO MATTER WHAT YOUR DOING.

This is the best local big box hardware store in the area. They keep the store well stocked, and have everything you need. They also honor the troops with a military discount. Manards does not.

All Man . The help I received from the Paint Department was Outstanding. I didn't know that when you are buying Paint from here that the Steering Stick is Free and the Paint Opener is Free. I thought it was my luck day because they made me feel that way lol

I brought my dog in here cause we were walking and it was a very hot day. They were very nice and gave her treats she's 12 years old and was tired so i.put her in a cart. They didn't even mind that. Also very helpful ty

Always well-stocked & never seems to have a shortage of inventory. Plenty of plants all year round. Staff is exceptionally helpful. They even have those household items many other grocery & department stores run out of quickly, e.g., toilet paper, paper towels & cleaning supplies.

Great place for all kinds of home things that you need for your house or garden car garage etc

What's not to like at Home Depot. Anything you can think of for the home can be found here. Don't feel like getting out the car, try curbside.

The tool rental department was excellent. Lillian answered the phone and all my questions on renting a wallpaper steamer. When I picked it up Jen was fantastic at changing the timing and getting the tool into my van. On returning it Darryl was exceptionally polite and helpful.

All that I did this time was to get a gift card for a Christmas present

We have had some issues finding specific lights for one of our buildings. We came here last night to get some help & were so amazed!!! Mark C. is super knowledgeable in his field & truly took his time trying to help us. You can tell he cares about customers & wants them to have the best experience. He is an exceptional asset to this store & we really appreciate how much he helped us last night.

Recently, Dan Saeger, my sales contact for window treatments and install, went above and beyond to ensure the highest level of customer service. Long story short, when the window treatment installer
dropped the ball at the time of my scheduled appointment, Dan
came out himself and installed them. His professionalism, thoroughness, and kindness sets him apart from many others in the customer sales and service arena. Thank you, Dan!!

I am a disabled vet and needed help getting the building materials there were two young men working on something already yet when I asked them for help they stopped what they were doing immediately took excellent care of me were very kind was impressed.
I am a retired general contractor with well over forty years experience kind of hard to impress me especially at the big boxes these days but these two young men cared. If I were talking to management being I have had over five hundred employees I would tell management to keep an eye on these two men they have lots to offer. If management reads this by chance it was a white and black man I needed six treated 4x4's they picked them took them upfront and thanked me for doing business with Home Depot the mark of an outstanding employee!

Very clean store. Customer desk greeted me when I walked in and several associates offered assistance throughout the store. Merchandise full on shelves and lots of great impulse products.

We had a very good experience yesterday looking at flooring. Jake was very helpful. He was ready to help with anything and friendly. You don't get that kind of service very often these days.

I had a very good experience today. I submitted an online order for light bulbs last night and woke up to a text message stating that my order was ready for pick up. I’ve done online pickup numerous times and figured this time would be no different. I was wrong. I went to the service desk and picked up my order only to find out that the majority was picked incorrectly after I got home. I had two different color temperatures and that wasn't going to work since I was changing all household bulbs to LED and I wanted them to match. Lucky for me, I live like 5 minutes away. Still, it was Ms. Tina and her impeccable customer service that saved my morning! She was so helpful, understanding, and apologetic for a mistake that she didn't even commit. The store manager "checked" my order, but I wasn't mad about the error. These happen. I just wanted my product as paid for. Regardless, she did her best to make sure my customer experience was great and ensured that I'll be a repeat client. She was the epitome today of the Home Depot mission as she provided the highest level of service and it was exceptional! I would highly recommend frequenting this Home Depot for your household, DIY, or construction needs. Maybe you’ll be lucky and meet Ms. Tina.

Always a go to place for all home and garden needs. Fun to just wander around the store since there is so so much to see and experience.
