Starbucks

This is a very busy place. Sometimes you do have to wait 30 minutes or more but considering they only have 2 ovens and 2 espresso machines it's to be expected. They have the drive-thru, in store, and mobile orders. I see people get mad thinking it should only take a few minutes to make their drinks/food but when you see a bunch of people inside plus cars in the drive-thru what do you expect. 20 orders come in within 2 minutes you can't expect to get your order within 5 or 10 minutes. I take my phone in and play a game while waiting and the time seems to go by faster. So thank you to all the baristas that do the best they can. I appreciate you!

Asked for fresh coffee and they make without any problem

A very expensive very calorie-heavy treat for every now and then. Take advantage of the app and pre-order so you don't get stuck in lines. Although this site doesn't seem to be as bad as others in the area

Quick, efficient drive-thru service. I love the silky, mild taste of the Nitro Cold Brew. Daughter prefers an overly sweet candy-like drink such as caramel ribbon crunch. There's something for everyone!

Easily the best Starbucks in the area. The only downside is it's very difficult to turn out, for either direction due to traffic.

Very fast and friendly. My coffee was made perfect. Triple Venti Soy Carmel Machiatto! Starbucks is expensive, but once in a while it's a good treat!

I actually really like this location. I think all the workers are really nice and helpful. Haven’t had a bad experience. I like going inside because it’s spacious and way less stressful than drive through and there’s literally never a line inside.

This is a great Starbucks. They make my drinks just as I like them!! Good service. Usually don't wait too long in the drive thru.

Green Tea is very good. I didn't realize they had tea.

Always have a great experience here. My order is usually ready before the estimated time in the app and it always tastes exactly the same which for a custom order is rare. The customer service is also top tier.

We NEEd a Starbucks in this location for gettin on & off the highway! and figuring out where Fairview used to end before it swallowed O’Fallon.
Employees are wonderful, nice friendly people. Looks are deceiving…tiny yet seats about 50

This location always has the nitro cold brew with sweet cream, so it's my go-to in this area. Never got a bad order from this place. The only thing to keep in mind is do not place an order on weekdays from 9 AM -10 AM as it's extra busy (drive through, walk in, mobile). If you do then be prepared to to wait an extra 20 min as they tend to get flooded with orders at that time.

We ordered on the app on free holiday cup day. The wait was longer in person than the app estimated but it wasn't the employees fault. The employees were moving very quickly trying to keep up with the amount of orders. The employees remained pleasant our entire 50 min wait while dealing with multiple unhappy customers. Our drinks were delicious as always and we'll continue making the O'Fallon location our usual spot.

Usually, it is very fast pick up on the inside. Drive thru is always backed up. Always many people working, but not always helping.

Coffee is always good. Sometimes they are a little backed up but they are doing their best. Order ahead is the best way to avoid long waits in the drive through or Cafe.

The staff here was very friendly and proficient. My drink orders came up quickly and were accurate. Thanks for the great service!

Stopped in and talked to the manager about a Birthday idea for my granddaughter, she was absolutely the friendliest and nicest store manager ever! Because of her my granddaughters classroom treats were the hit of the school with requests for more. Thank you so much. This store is the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been in!

This starbucks had very friendly staff! She asked several questions to make sure our coffee was made just how we wanted it! They had several people working and were very clearly busy with the people waiting in line, the drive-up window, and the online orders - but they were still so polite and very timely. The coffee shop was very clean. Coffee was as to be expected for a Starbucks.
