The store is very clean and has a nice selection of mattresses. Jaime was the salesperson who assisted me. He was very professional and patient. The delivery gentlemen were amazing and friendly. In addition, when I informed Jaime that my mattress was now on sale for less than what I paid, he worked on setting up my credit via the 120 Night Low Price Guarantee and it showed up quickly.

Exploring mattresses and eventually buying one with Kevin Pettitt was by far the best experience I've ever had with a sales person in any industry let alone just mattresses. He was so informative and helpful and guided me towards the right mattress for me that fit within my budget. He also gave me some great tips to improve my sleeping positions and showed me how to adjust my pillow at home to be the right height!

Great company to do business with, Javier and his team set up everything, were respectful and courteous. They let me know the day before delivery an approximate time then day of they let me know they were 20 minutes away. The service is excellent, they set up the beds took the old ones and made sure I was happy with everything. Kevin was phenomenal. He really knew his stuff. We told him what we were looking for based on our needs. Also told him other brands we looked at and the specific beds. He took us to a bed to try then had us try a similar bed. The first bed was spot on! He was not pushy and gave educated facts. Including spinal alignment. Wonderful experience!

Kevin was awesome. After taking the MattressMatcher Quiz, I found a mattress that was similar to one I had laid on previously and thought it was a good fit so I purchased it online. After 30 days, it was not the right one. I went to Round Lake and talked with Kevin. I told him this issue, what I was looking for, my sleeping habits and mattresses I previously had. He went through options with me and was able to recommend another one. With their 120 night sleep trial, he was able to replace the one I purchased with a new one. Kevin is a great guy to work with.

Javier was very helpful, asked just to few questions to find out what we were looking for to guide us to the right purchase for us, looked into specials, which lead us to purchase 2 mattresses replacing worn out ones in our house.
