My experience I really had good time 9 AM appointment come to the evening parked My truck slept there. Check in 6:30 and 7:39 was empty so great and so friendly very good I gave them five star which they deserve

Scheduled to pick up load 2000. Arrived 1919. Loaded and out at 0120. I know drivers get mad at the long loading times but in my opinion, why simmer, sit in a rage cloud or take it personally when we just don’t know the why. There may be uncontrollable issues that we aren’t aware of. I’m sure they want their product out and on the way as bad as we do. My clock ran out while I was there but they kindly allowed me to park across from the docks until I could get going again. On arrival, check in at the office with your pick up number. Mine started with 319. They will call you when they have a door. I was told to back in with doors closed and tandems all the way back. There is a truck stop less than a mile away. It’s huge compared to most of the truck parking I’ve seen around Chicago. Very clean and safe. There’s a Public Safety building right behind it with fire and police.😬 Safe travels…

Friendly organized and quick.They are not on GPS but if you use Lorenzo Rd on the GPS other than Design Rd you will find it.When your GPS tells you your Destination is on your right,go forward and turn right on Design Rd they are 500m on your left.

Nice place! Unloading take 2 hours, you can park overnight

They won't take you early, but 1h in and out. They have parking available, but it makes backing to docks more difficult.

In and out super efficient unloading.

With plenty of staging waiting area parking.

If you get there early they mite accommodate you and unload you quicker but highly recommend don't be late for your appointment I, believe there's a $100 late fee.

They open at 7:00 am but staff is there a bit earlier they stop operations at 2:00 pm

Arrived at my appointment time, was given a door immediately. Loaded in about half an hour. Was able to park and get to bed. They should give classes on how to treat the OTR drivers that keep these places in business.
A+. However if your late it gets costly so be punctual, you’ve been warned. lol

Absolute pleasure to deliver here. Overnight parking is available. Easy approach to facility. Staff are super welcoming, professional, and very hardworking. Was unloaded by Ryan. 8:00 a.m. appointment out by 9:00 a.m. Absolute bang up job! This is the way it should be. Well oiled machine. Great job and thank you for the hard work!

Just make sure to make the girls receiving laugh! They took me 24 hours and 15 minutes early now it was on a Thursday and Friday's they say are completely crazy so it benefited them but still they were very quick about my unload great place easy to back in

I wish all places were like this one so easy to work with.. slide your tandems to the rear leave your doors closed they open the doors they loaded up they close the doors they put a seal on it and it's in and out..they bring your paperwork to the truck you sign it there. and another good think about this distribution center there's a truck stop not even a mile away. Weigh your load and you're on the freeway thanks again Consolidated District frozen warehouse you're the best.

Very tight parking but the ladies in the office and the loaders were pretty quick and very nice. They open st 0600 and will check you in . Early is better and easier to back into docks.

GPS don't show this place. From 55 take ex 240 go west to 2nd light turn left. Go about 1 mile turn right on design to address on left. No guard or gate. Can park overnight. Park on side facing you as you come in facing the docks. Slide you tandems back. Leave doors shut. Don't be late or you will pay. This is a nice place. With nice people. Don't ruin it.

Nice place overnight parking lots available, They're not on the GPS but you can use opposite building number, Use I-55 After you Exit LORENZO RD Don't pass second light "take a left S. GRAASKAMP BLVD" go straight at the stop sign take a right W. DESIGN RD" and then Destination will be on your left side.
Please don't follow GPS/your Phone or you are entering employees gate 😂😂😂

Got checked in an hour early they was loading trailer 15 mins later looked like there was room for about a dozen trucks for overnight overall good experience wish all places were as efficient as this outfit

They loaded me pretty fast. Lot of places around there to overnight park.

1pm appointment Came in at 6am and was out by 9:30am awesome staff and nice.

Fast loading at 6 am when shipping opens up. Bring your paperwork right to the cab when there done.

Great place to deliver. They have over night parking. Very fast loading and unloading times
