I’ve been driving past this place for years and now decided to stop in and check it out. I’m glad I did. A typical gas station truck stop with some incredible tasting food. The tacos were overly full and priced on the reasonable side. Rice and beans were warm and tasted good. Service was a bit slow but it was definitely worth the wait. A lot of Uber eats drivers coming and going and a good stream of people coming in and sitting down and taking out. This place will make you happy without breaking the bank. Trust me you will walk out full and satisfied.

I have eaten here now several times and each time it was excellent. Food is fresh, hot, generous portion sizes and most importantly Delicious! I look forward to having it often!

This is the second night in a row I have sent my husband there to get me food! The service is on point! And the food is absolutely to die for. I have been living in Illinois for two years and I have yet to find a good Mexican place this is definitely your go to. You would think with it being attached to a gas station it wouldn’t be good but it’s actually AMAZING!!!!!!! I’m pregnant and YUM I got the tacos and burritos and MMMMMMHHMMMM! Yummy!!!!! Green salsa on point. Def recommend this place ! 10/10

I stopped in one night with the kids to get tacos. They were quickly done and tasted amazing!! Plus they had churros and gaming machines for the adults.

Food is consistently great no matter the day or time! Quick and easy call in service, (although I’ve used door dash as well) the restaurant always looks clean for the location and size. I’ve only ever ordered the tacos because they’re such a great size. The steak, chorizo, beef, and pork tacos are all great. I also love the idea of buying from a friendly family business with great service.

This place has one of the best food I've ever had at a Mexican restaurant... a must have if you haven't been here.

I stopped going here months ago for the tiny portion sizes they give. I was going all over Illinois for Mexican restaurants except here but today I didn't feel like driving. I was in complete shock! It was actually good portion sizes on all the meals! The beans and rice was actually filled to top as they should be and it was actually MEAT on the sandwiches. I don't know if it's just a good day today or what but I'm impressed and shocked. I've order here many times disappointed with portion and price ill try back in a xouple weeks and see what happens if they keep this up ill be a returning customer again if not back to driving anywhere but here

Lady working at the counter was really friendly, and my order was ready pretty fast. The tacos here are noticeably bigger than ones I've gotten from other restaurants. Food tasted really good, I'll definitely come back

If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat and in the mood for Hispanic food, this is the place for you. Really nice hostess as well!!

Hole in the wall and family owned restaurant. Incredibly good burrito. I'm gonna be in town for the next 2 weeks. I've found the place I'm eating at for most of it.

Absolutely favorite mexican restaurant, in love with all the food items 1 thing this restaurant definitely showed me that no other has is that they’re customers are definitely top priority, the owner Chayo went beyond my expectations I wanted a food item they did not have in their menu she went out of her way to make it for me, I am completely beyond happy and I will definitely recommend to anyone 10/10 !

Great service' deliciously good food, great value. Found this nice little gem 💎 authentic mexican cuisine. Smaller eaten area than normal but foods all that matters. Will continue to come back. O almost forget found out they cater and 1st hand catering is awesome.

Always a good meal when we come get take out for work. The tacos are a good size and they have plenty of meat in them! The family is always happy and no matter who is cooking it is top notch!

Great food & friendly people , The cuban torta is one of the best ive had. Lots of flavor highly recommend !
