Store is awesome! Under new management and let me tell you! Cassandra is a star! She is so attentive and makes sure you’re very well taken care of in her store. Please if you visit any AT&T visit her store! - I just want to say personally thank you so much cassandra for your hard work in helping our family! We will be back to see you!

Steve, our AT&T rep, was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. He was able to help me upgrade my phone and my son’s phone with no issues other than the long time it took to backup our phones that have not been updated in 89 weeks, but if we had done that prior to going in, the process for sure, would have been a much faster experience. Steve was very friendly to both me me and my son. I will for sure recommend this store to any of my friends and family. Great job Steve!!!☺

Great at&t store. Good place to replace a 3 year old non working Samsung Note 9 that had water damage with a new Samsung Galaxy Ultra for only $400 cause they gave me $800 for the non working Note 9.

After having a very bad experience over the phone with the wireless dept. for three days!!! We finally decided to go into the store at the Montgomery location. Tevin, the store manager made our experience stress free and he really went above and beyond for us. We truly appreciate his amazing customer service. He is very knowledgeable in all that AT&T has to offer. Thank you Tevin!

Came in because my bill was super high. Gerald helped make sure everything with my bill was correct and found out I was on a older plan. He switched me to the unlimited plan and told me about the buy one get one free. When we were finishing up I was told about the benefits of the Direct tv and found that I was going to save over 1000 dollars over a year. Gerald helped out a lot and will recommend the store to others.

The gentleman that helped me has helped me before also. He was great friendly and not “looking” to rob us. I really appreciated his honesty.

The representatives are very knowledgeable, professionals and ready to help. I felt confortable when I saw everybody wearing masks and socially distancing. Responsible establishment.
