Everyone was amazing! They were gentle and thorough while cleaning my teeth, and made me feel right at home on my first visit there! Dr. Charlie went over all my options with me and I'm very happy that I can get a partial instead of dentures. Everyone there was cheerful, patient, and took their time getting things done right. Great place! I highly recommend them!

The ambience is so soothing, nurse took x-rays, she took good care of me during this process. Then the dentist1 took sizes of teeth, she told before hand that she is going to take sizes with a kind of needle tool and it may hurt a little and she was so careful doing it. Then the dentist2, he clearly explained me my case, what needs to be done to fix my problem. That was a pleasent experience for me. Finally the receptionist who worked on my profile was also so good, she didn't force me to go with the process rather asked me to think about it and get back if I am good with the process. All were so helpful and kind. I loved this place.

Lovely staff, pleasant and calming surroundings, talented doctors. Smiles of Aurora succeeded with our child where other dental practices could not.

Dr. Charlie Malzensk is the best! Him and his team are very professional and caring. They were able to help me with my extreme pain. Although root canal’s are painful, this dental experience was the best one yet! I recommend this location!!!

Such friendly staff and environment to be around! I used to hate going to the dentist but they have totally changed my perspective on it all! All of the assistants are so sweet and knowledgeable. Caro is the sweetest! And Dr. Dustin is amazing!! They are so knowledgeable, patient, and professional in all that they do and really go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and satisfied. These are the many reasons why I’ve gone back 4 times, and plan to stay with them for all my future dentist visits, and even plan on bringing my little ones next. 🙂

I was very happy with everyone at this office from receptionists to the dentist himself. Friendly, very very accomodating. I had never been there before, I called in an emergency situation and I was fit into the schedule right away. The staff was knowledgeable and I feel very comfortable with the staff and the care I received.

We brought our 4 year old son here today for his first dentist appointment. He was very nervous! The assistant was so sweet to him. She explained and showed him everything before she did it. The dentist was the same way. He was kind and gentle. This was a great first experience at the dentist for my son, he hasn’t stopped talking about it since we left. Great job to the Smiles of Aurora team for making his first experience a great one!

As always, it’s a pleasure every time I come to Smiles of Aurora. Dr. Goetz and all members of his team are a delight. It’s no fun going to the dentist but it’s a pleasure going to Smiles of Aurora. Highly suggest.

I was looking for a new dentist clinic since I just moved to Aurora IL. I like that they have a picture of their team on their google page, it made the clinic that much more personable to me so I went ahead and booked my appointment. Amazing service, the staff takes great care of the patient. I am happy I found such a great place to take care of my teeth.

All off the staff are very good. And do care about you being able to afford what work is being done. In this very difficult time we are all going through financially it is nice to have someone who cares this is been a very long process through the last year. But I am finally coming down to my last leg of all the implants and the crowns I had put on. I'm very glad that Mayra and Dr. Geotz were able to help me through all of this. All of the staff of been very helpful and I would recommend this dentist to anybody.

Well organized scheduling, empathetic client servicing by the support staff. Dr. Goetz is pleasant and caring as well as thorough. I have been a client for about 10 years. Highly recommend.

If I could I would give you six out of five stars! 6/5. You have completely removed my anxiety about going to the dentist. The team that I have interacted with so far Dr Martin, Dana, and Amari, and the front office staff......EVERYONE is great. Every procedure is explained. This definitely sets your mind at ease. They go out of their way to make you comfortable.

I even paid attention to how the staff treats each other and in my observations they're polite and gracious with each other which says a lot. Because of the office setup you can hear what is being said to other patients and to other staff so I know they were not putting on a show for my benefit. And I guess it doesn't hurt that they are a 5-minute drive from my house. I could walk if I wanted to. Perfect package!!!!! I definitely recommend them.

Great experience here, especially with my 2 young kids (ages 5 and 3) who sat through their examinations with no issues. The staff was very kind and friendly. They explained/showed them everything before they did something.

Dr Goetz and his staff were amazing. I had made an appointment and they were able to get me in sooner due to the pain I was having. They accommodated me every step of the way. No one ever says this but I look forward to working on my next root canal with them haha!
