Hampton Inn & Suites Pasco/Tri-Cities

Very clean hotel and nice staff. Beds are comfortable and breakfast had a lot of selections. Would definitely stay here again

I had a friend that stayed there this past month and her 3 year old little boy lost his best friend Wolfie (stuffed animal). The staff went out of their way to help find him and they sent him, with little gifts, to Oroville, WA to be back with his “Human”. What a blessing to hear there are still nice people in our world.

Amazing place, we stay here every softball tournament! It's amazing and definitely relaxing, with an amazing pool and views. There's plenty of restaurants and stores within walking and driving distance.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The room was very large and comfortable. The staff was amazing! The gym was also pretty large and very clean, which was great. I will definitely be staying here again!

The location is perfect as well Direct highway access and a very large variety of food options.

I have stayed at this location over the past few years for tournaments with our children. Always enjoyed our stay. This last time I left my diamond earrings in the bathroom, they were a gift from my father when I was a teen. I had not realized until I got home 5 hours away; I was disappointed in myself and figured id never see them again, i just let it go.
The next day I received a call from the Hotel manager that a pair of earring had been found in our room. I was so surprised to get the call. She offered to mail them. I had a cousin who would be staying at the same hotel 3 months later and could get them for me. The manager offered to keep them in the safe until then.
I got my earrings back and am overjoyed that there are such good people in the world.

Was in town for a hockey tournament . Great service. Actually above and beyond . Dog friendly is nice

Absolutely incredible staff at front desk. Got checked in right away, no hassles. Rooms were wonderful and comfortable. Very clean.

Parking area is large and there's a few restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again and highly recommend staying here.

Always my go to hotel when staying in Tri Cities. I used to stay at a different Pasco location, but this one is so much better. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. A very good comp. breakfast. The rates have gone up everywhere, however, not bad at this location. The hotel location has quick access to Richland or Kennewick .

We stayed the night here for a medical procedure. Ken at the front desk was more than helpful. We were not staying for a fun time and Ken made sure that we had everything that we needed to be comfortable. He never made me feel like a burden even though I felt like I was being super needy. He was even able to loan us a wheel chair to use while we stayed. I’m so grateful for his help making a stressful time a little less stressful. Room was clean and well kept, breakfast was nice. Would absolutely stay again.

Great place with great amenities . Excellent location near freeway but not to close. Complimentary breakfast was delicious . The staff was courteous and friendly . Always clean everytime we stay there and don't forget the pool and hot tub to relax.

Clean and friendly service. Overall satisfied, fast check in, washed some laundry up, indoor pool looked welcoming, workout area available, also outdoor seating area as well, breakfast was nice, but as usual, flat pillows.
I'd definitely recommend.

Great place to stay in Pasco, WA! Ken has great customer service and has treated us well each time we’ve stayed there. Rooms are clean & spacious. All the staff are friendly & courteous. Also, many great places to eat nearby! Would recommend for an affordable, nice place to stay.

Stayed at this Hampton Inn & Suites combo on one of my nights between Vancouver BC and Denver CO. This hotel is a bit removed from the Interstate 84 corridor, so not too convenient if you want to get off/get on the highway to keep your road trip moving along, but if you have the time, Pasco/Kennewick area has a nice feel, there are a bunch of restaurants and stores nearby, and this Hampton Inn location is relatively close to the Tri-Cities airport. Friendly staff and good service; I came in after a long day's drive and I felt very welcomed. Breakfast buffet is the usual Hampton Inn fare (potatoes, protein meat like sausage/bacon, and eggs, along with all the other continental breakfast items) and plenty of parking outside. Recommended!

Rooms were clean and nicely maintained. They are servicing rooms every other day which is better than many places I have stayed lately. Nice variety of choices at breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. The pool was open but a little cold. The hot tub was not working.

Very clean, modern, comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was the friendliest, most helpful I've ever experienced. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options including healthy options. Smoothies were delicious! Fresh fruit was fresh! Even with awesome family with great homes to stay with in the area, we'll be tempted to stay again!

Great customer service and nice rooms. Organized a block of rooms for our youth hockey team and did it with short notice. Andrea and Monica were super efficient and responsive. Made the group booking process hassle free. Very professional. Amazing location if you are going to the ice rink. Also on the main road so easy to get to restaurants. Thank you

From the time I get shuttles to the time I check out, the service is too notch. I believe how kind and accommodating the staff is. I didn’t have a car, so the lady that shuttles me, stopped so I could grab my dinner. If I could give more stars, I would.

I generally post things that exceed my expectations or I have a negative experience. This place gets a 5 star for all around good price and good stay. Best part it was very clean! It was a good breakfast, was it fabulous? no but come on you get what you pay for!!
