So pleased with the quality of work that I receive at A-1!!! Ferman keeps me informed of the progress of work, sends pictures ( and videos of other issues he finds) and still manages to complete the work in the time frame he states! He, and the others at A-1, have always been professional, respectful, and thorough. This is the only shop that I’ve taken my car to for the past 2 years - I have 233,000 miles on my vehicle - thanks to A-1, they look out for my safety and keep my car running in top shape! Honest workers + great pricing + thorough work = a very happy customer!

A1 auto repair is a MUST GO TO for ALL your car repairs. The owner ( Fer ) and clearly his mechanics are AMAZING ... to say the least ! Fer went so far above and beyond, there is no words in the dictionary, to describe how terrific Fer and his mechanics are. I had a dent in my bumper and he had his mechanics pop the dent out (without an extra charge) and also got me a new key fob (again ... without an extra charge). Fer also brought me home (after dropping my car off) and come back and picked me up (when my car was ready). Who goes the extra mile anymore ? Answer ... Very efficient, excellent with communication, and best of all honest about all the costs and what is actually necessary to get done on your vehicle. Between family we probably bring 7 cars there. Quality work done as well.

Not only are their rates reasonable they have a free shuttle service to get you to and from the shop after you drop your car off for service. This is something you really don’t see often in this area and highly appreciated.

Have had much work done on both vehicles last couple of years. Fer & his father do great work & are honest as they come!! Very fair pricing & they explain everything they do in great detail. Not easy to find a mechanic that you trust 100%. This is why I drive 30 miles anytime I need work done on my vehicles. Worth the drive to come to A-1 Auto!

If you are looking for an honest place to bring your vehicle look no further than A-1 Auto Repair. I brought my Toyota Avalon in a few weeks ago and both rear struts needed to be replaced. There were several other small issues going on and Fer did an excellent job of breaking down the costs. We thought about trading the car in and I asked what I would owe them if we decided against the repairs and Fer said 'nothing'. I was shocked. That is a great example of customer service. They looked over my vehicle and provided a complete breakdown of what was needed and they weren't going to charge me a penny if I decided against the repairs. I ended up getting the struts replace and my car is running great. Also, my serpentine belt was squealing in the cold weather and they tightened it at no charge. It's so hard to find an auto repair place that you can trust and we feel very fortunate to have stumbled across A-1. P.S. Google reviews were the reason we found A-1 and I think 4.8 out of 5 says it all! Thanks Fer!

Excellent craftsmanship! I came here to make a copy of my car key and I am 100% satisfied with the service. He was fast, accurate, and professional. Huge savings over other places that often cut inaccurately anyway. It was handcrafted to perfection and the friendly service was also a plus too. I highly recommend this place for quality service!

Recently I visited A-1 Auto Repair and had the pleasure of working with Fer. Not only was he extremely nice and knowledgeable but he allowed all the time it took for me to understand the issue with my vehicle and the necessary remedy. He even allowed me to walk under my vehicle so I could see the corroded brake lines myself. I had visited another mechanic and spoke to several on the phone whom weren't willing to even to attempt to fix my issue since it is labor intensive and a "PITA". Fer never hesitated, provided an extremely competitive price quote which he honored to the penny, and completed everything in an extremely time efficient manner! I could not be happier with my experience and Fer has earned himself a life long customer. Do yourself a favor, give him the opportunity to serve you and I promise you will not regret it! I have already referred him to my best friend whom also left extremely happy!

We have brought 3 cars for repairs and they have always been reasonable with costs and done excellent work on our vehicles. My wife's 2007 Cadillac CTS which is costly to repair has beaten the dealerships by hundreds if not thousands of dollars. My 2008 Hyundai Sonata had over 224000 miles and always fair and quick with repairs. I bring my cars here and you should as well if you want fair prices and great service.

My car was almost undriveable bc my tire was so low and A1 was the nearest place I could get some air. I went as a walk in and asked if they could help me out, I just needed enough air to get my child to daycare 15miles away. I didn’t have to wait, he took me in right away and Fer filled my tire right then and there. Quick 10 minute visit and I was out. I even offered a tip, which he refused. So genuinely helpful. A couple hours later when I got home, I heard a hissing coming from my tire. I looked around and sure enough I ran over a nail. I gave A1 a call, asked if they could patch/plug the hole. Fer told me to come in 30 minutes and took care of my car right away. So incredibly courteous, excellent customer service, helpful, honest, timely, and affordable. Highly recommend!

My days off just changed to SAT SUN so i googled car repair shop near me. I found A-1 AUTO REPAIR and just a few others as most shops were closed on the weekend. I had rusted fuel line that had started leaking. I read the reviews and that is how i chose this place and true to the reviews they were so welcoming and to my surprise they fixed my car on SUNDAY. SUNDAY when most places are closed. This made me so glad i did not have to miss a day at work. Will definitely make them my auto repair shop for future repairs!

I was recommended here initially by an Auto Zone nearby after a check engine light in 2013. Since then I have had four major repairs including damage fixed due to a car wreck and several minor repairs including normal maintenance and upkeep done to vehicle. I have never had a shop be so honest with repairs and the work performed is true quality. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car and I'm a hard sell when it comes to shelling out money. Trust is key especially in this area and for anyone second guessing don't waste your time or money elsewhere you won't get the same results.

Very professional and excellent service! Went above and beyond the service that was needed for my car which isn’t common these days! My car sounds great and I am very pleased. I appreciated them staying on Sunday to have it ready for the work week. I highly recommend- great prices, also!

Brought my 2015 Jeep Renegade there after I hit a curb in an ice storm. These are some of the nicest, friendliest guys around. They were upfront with everything that needed to be done, we’re honest and did everything they could to take care of me. I will definitely go back for anything I need done and I highly recommend them to anyone needing some work done

A1 does an exceptional job and are friendly and fast. I needed fast service for my wife's car and Fer had me come in and I was out in less than an hour. This is the second time A1 has done an exceptional job for my family.

At the shop I am usually welcomed by Fer. He is very professional and explains the work done in detail. The prices are very reasonable and work is done as fast as possible. Very pleased with their work. They also make keys! I highly recommend this place!
