I couldn’t place order online for delivery and for some reason their website was down! I immediately called a spoke to friendly voice (Caleb) he took my order. He was extremely polite and helpful and was apologetic about their website being down! Hopefully they will get it fixed but overall 5+ stars for their service!

Caleb from this Jimmy Johns location was super accommodating and helpful regarding my order. I really appreciated his help. This location is great and the sandwiches are really good. #5 Vito is the best. I'll keep ordering :)

Kudos to the two guys working on 3/24/22. I didn’t realize this location closed at 6pm and placed an order at around 5:40pm. I was running late and got a call from the store asking if I was still coming. I rushed over and the two young guys had already closed the store down but had waited for me to get my food. I had 2 hungry kids in the car and we would’ve been totally out of luck and late for my daughter’s school function if they had just decided to shut the store down on time. Please know I am very appreciative, especially having worked in the food industry myself… nothing worse than last minute customers like me! Please give these dudes some praise and a raise asap.

My sandwich order was quickly prepared, as advertised. Staff is professional and courteous. Ingredients are fresh and good tasting. Comfortable seating available if you are dining in. Parking is a little cramped around lunch but you should still be able to find a spot.

Was in here on a busy Saturday and everything was great. Got help from what I found out was a GM. She was nice and helpful in getting guests through the line smoothly. Sandwich was great as always. This might be my new fav JJ's location.

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!!! 2 weeks ago this store went under new ownership. Prices have been lowered, the pricing now reflects the same as the Batavia store, the St. Charles store, and the South Elgin store. New staff has been hired and are in training. Great things are happening in this store.

Awesome food and Service was perfect like always! We went around 6 and there was no wait at all! Definitely Recommended
