My order got messed up but the manager Jenny made it up to me and had a great attitude. 👍

Food quality and service is always great, Just wish food Temp was higher always seems just warm boy always hot and I live very close by.

The drive thru at lunch time is very fast even when there is a long line

I don't eat fast food as much as other people but when I do, Wendy's is one of the two restaurants near me that I will go to. Unlike my other choice of fast food restaurants, I have never had a meal that wasn't exactly what I ordered.
I rarely order burgers at fast food places so here's what I have to say:
The Hot Honey and Spicy Chicken sandwiches, in my opinion, are the BEST chicken sandwiches at any fast food restaurant in the St. Joseph area.
As far as a breakfast sandwich, nothing touches the breakfast baconator and they have biscuits and gravy so, needless to say, I highly recommend this location (Niles Avenue, St. Joseph, MI)

Got the baconator and my favorite from Wendy's a large Frosty but you know what you got to spend a lot of money at Wendy's now because their medium and small are really both smalls and then they're large is a medium, I'm really disappointed I know you guys are getting hit because the inflation but that's one of your biggest sellers and ice cream is cheap makes me not want to come there because it's ripping you off but I guess that's the name of the game and the fast food now!

Looked at the line at McDonalds and said nope. Came right over to the Wendy’s drive thru and they had my meal out to me in a split second. It was way better than the place across the street. Wendy’s for the win.

Kevin was the person at the counter....he deserves 5 stars. He was very polite, smiled was helpful and courteous with me and the customers ahead of me. It's refreshing to have that type of interaction with a fast food restaurant nowadays. The food was great.....except my fries got cold waiting for the order to be completed....HOWEVER Kevin was quick and polite to get me fresh fries without question. Very nice experience.

I don't know her name; but the women who runs the drive through at night is always so sweet and generous. Need more people like her in the fast food industry. Kudos. Came around through the drive through last night and she was more than welcoming.

Friendly staff and Mr. Bobby deserve a medal for getting me off a stall marker. Didn't know it was a exit to the right of the driveway and it got stuck under my car. The gentleman was eager to help,even brought out a dolly to lift it from underneath my vehicle. We had to use the car Jack to assist us. We went there for breakfast. So everyone who enjoys Wendy's then should go there. And give praises to Bobby. That's what living in America all about kind people that helps you no matter what. And I want to thank the Manager for letting him help me too. God bless you all.

Stopped by on a Saturday recently - this team not only showed up, they *showed up *. Very quick and accurate drive thru service, didn't have to repeat my order 5 times, no waiting at all to get my order. Everything was done well!

Only place left in fast food that has a $4, $5, or $6 meal left!!! Everyone else is at $10 a combo meal!!!

The lady who works the drive thru at night is always nice no matter how busy it is.

Daves single was one of the best burgers I've had from fast food in long time and the pineapple mango lemonade was awesome.

Good place to eat staff here the order right each time through the drive though polite and friendly

Good food. Only issue I have is ordering more than I really should.

The chili went awesome with Jr bacon and frosty top that I locked my keys in car the male worker called the police for me I'm out of town so stress free I tipped the gentleman good deeds go along way thank you

I usually gave a salad and Wendy's never disappoints... of course the chili is always a favorite.
