I recently built a new home and relied on The Portland Group in Saco to help guide me in purchasing all of the plumbing fixtures through them. The representative Natalie plainly told me that as long as I chose Kohler or Delta, I would be all set. She had little other guidance. I am having problems with each of the fixtures purchased although they are name brand. Upon reaching out to her, I receive no response. The white cast iron sink she promised would never stain or scratch, did so within weeks of owning it. The garbage disposal recommended came with a strange attachment that she never mentioned would be required to use it. The shower heads had the lowest water flow I've seen. I've had to replace them at my own cost. I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you need any guidance whatsoever in selecting plumbing fixtures for your home.
