My probation officer Lori acthberg was not giving up on me. She's has compassion and she only wants people to do good. I provided everything to show her I wasn't just trying to get over everything.

Whenever I come in here the people are always nice and helpful. That's always a good thing 😊 but the last time I scheduled a hearing here they wrote it down wrong. So I suggest you always call at least a week ahead of time to make sure they have the same date in their books as you have on your paperwork. It makes for a lot less hassle in the end 😊

A nice courthouse but not one I want to have to go to. The people though were polite and security seemed good.

Wonderful and dedicated staff! However, if you are dealing with the Juvenile Court for your teen, be careful if you are assigned the probation officer J. Mochler. In my honest opinion, she leans towards believing whatever the teens tell her, regardless. This can cause irreparable hurt for the parent's or guardian's.

It's a hit or miss here, either you go on a day and everyone is relatively helpful and kind, or the days where you get stuck with every unhelpful prude that works there. The security at the door checking are normally the nicest ones. But all and all, you get sent to 100 different places, gotta call 100 more, just to get told they can't help you, or that rare chance that they do. Could be better, could be worse.

I imagine it would be a better place if you could get a hold of someone. I've never been transfered so many times. How unhelpful can you all be. You must be so unhappy with your lives

This is the place to go if you want to lose faith in the judicial system. The chief judge is barely qualified to be an admin. She is hard to understand when she speaks and often gets confused during hearings. Laws are ignored in this county. Apparently judges can make things up as they go since there are no checks or balances in Michigan to make judges accountable. The Friends of the Court are not much better. They cannot do basic math. The list goes on.... Put all this together and you have the recipe for lengthy cases, hearsay over evidence, and a complete mockery of what is expected of the justice system. The lawyers make out great as they spend countless hours trying to interpret the gibberish that the chief judge puts together. Good luck to anybody who has to deal with this place.

Probate staff on 4th floor is ridiculous. They have no idea.what they are talking about. They give me paperwork to out then 3 weeks later a different person from the same department tells me I don't have the updated paperwork. Have to redo everything! Then the guy from same department, Ron, tells me my son has to be living on his own to be emancipated. Hey Ron, it's against the law for a minor to live on their own BEFORE they are emancipated!!

If you want Fraud upon the court and Falsified court Documents This is the place. if you want where one hand covers the other this place .will see it' gets done .
If you want a Judge who doesn't have the Authority to hold Attorneys in Contempt of court for any reason they have one who admitted he does. That's why l believe lawyers would love to be in his courtroom, they can say and do things against the law and they are covered. Sad to say the judicial system today in my opinion is a joke. I believe they can pay off people to cover there wrong doings.. Thank you for reading my post. This place has made me look at justice in another way.
