Grant Park North Garage

The place is huge but well signaled. Location is superb. Prices are very reasonable. People who work there are outstanding. Our car broke down, and we received every possible help from Connie, Sam and another lady who let us use her phone charger. They are efficient, are on top of things, and helped everybody, not just us. And they are kind. We highly recommend this place and thank these ladies.

We purchased the 4 day extended stay online. It was a very simple purchase, and much cheaper than daily valet parking through our hotel. The garage was pretty easy to find though we had to go around the block once, not expecting the center of the road entrance ramp.
We had some trouble getting our QR code to read from the phone to the red lighted space on the ticket machine, but just took a ticket and drove in. We found lots of parking on the lower level which we chose since we were mostly just parking and leaving it. The walk with our suitcases was easy and only 10 minutes. We used the elevator, which was kind of gross, but got the job done. No trouble at all and we felt quite safe.
Returning to the car was fine, though we skipped the elevator and just used the stairs. The color coding and letters and numbers system was very helpful to remembering where we parked. Everything was well lit. Car was good.
The employees we spoke with on our first and last days were very helpful and we were able to leave with no trouble.
We would definitely recommend to other tourists staying in the theater district of the Loop.

Saw rainbow today in the fountain itself. Couldn’t capture it though. But the tall fountain here is breathtaking it was do awesome that I forgot to take more pictures of the park itself

Walk! Park your car and walk around, bring your most comfortable shoes and explore this beautiful city from point to point. Everything here is photogenic.

Convenient parking garage with an entrance in the center of Michigan Avenue. They offer daily, multi-day, and monthly options. Once you park, you’ll be directly under Grant Park and can exit to the surrounding streets. It’s expensive, but that’s expected in the Loop.

Liked the in and out feature. Was able to find a parking spot no problem.

I normally park at the Grant Park North Garage when I go to Chicago. It's convenient when you want to explore the shops, restaurants, or museums downtown, and don't forget the beach! It's normally around $35 to $40 for ten hours. That's a great price! Oh yeah, it's safe!

I usually park here when I go to my office in Monroe. The location is easily accessible and super convenient. Not unsafe either. SportHero gives good discount - if not, this is expensive.

Save on parking costs by going online and pre-purchasing a parking pass by searching for: Millennium Garage Chicago. Insert your parking ticket and scan your barcode at the exit (scanner is on the bottom of the parking meter).

Take note that a 5-day pass is a 5 CONSECUTIVE day pass. You can leave your car parked in the garage up to 5 days before exiting. Once you scan the barcode, the pass is invalid.

This garage was amazingly huge! It's like a whole city underground lol. Great customer service as well. We entered on the wrong entrance just off of Magnificent Mile, looking for Millennium Park and the attendant was most helpful in getting us out of the parking lot and in the right direction.

Every interaction I have with Gertrude makes my day better. 5 star experience 99 percent of the time unless trying to renew my pass at night with Connie. Forget about it. That’s impossible I guess.

Great experience food trucks all around to get your eat on. Met very beautiful people.
