Convenient location, and I don't mind sometimes paying a little bit more instead of driving to the big box stores, because the staff is ALWAYS super friendly and knowledgeable. Always enjoy catching up with folks there. A great local option!

Helpful, friendly, small town hardware store.

I needed paint, a few barn supplies for the donkeys and a shower (yep, they even have a warehouse you can order and have items sent to the store)...They had it ALL!!! The staff is friendly and so so helpful!

The staff is always so helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. The products are quality and prices are generally fair market value in my experience. I would always much prefer to shop local over big box stores and Hermon Ace is epitome of the service difference!

On incredible small town hardware store. They keep a little of everything on stock. The employees work together as a team, helping customers, and each other. The store is clean, well lit, and full of smiles before you even open the doors. We always leave there with some new knowledge and the materials we need, plus big smiles.

Donny and the crew have saved me dozens of trips to Bangor to finish projects or grab a propane refill. Prices here are surprisingly competitive with HD and Lowes, some things even cost less!(Reese hitches)
A small spread of toys and eclectic items can rescue a forgotten birthday plus,
Ace is also a UPS shipping and drop off location.

Amazing hardware store. They have any hardware you need from tire pump hardware to pool cleaning supplies, they also carry many cleaning products and animal Care products such as chicken feed or bird seed.

I just started working here 2 weeks ago and am still getting used to the setup and where everything is, but I can say if you ever need any hardware, tools, soil, paint, cleaning supplies, or animal feed this handy can get it for you!

The staff here are very nice, also very helpful and very knowledgeable of almost every product they sell. Many people come in with a project they are working on, and asking for any ideas of what to get to fix the thing they are working on and they always get an answer. They are definitely helpful hardware folks.

They also have many little neats features such as key cutting, paint mixing, UPS shipping, special orders, and many more!

Putting all this together, this place has almost everything you will need just not in bulk. Staff is extremely helpful and you will not be disappointed when visiting here.

I have never had an issue finding what I need there, the staff is excellent! If you can't find something in your own they are more than willing and able to help you locate it.
