Scott R Holdridge - State Farm Insurance Agent

I got rear ended a few weeks ago and wasn’t quite sure what to do next in order to get the ball rolling on getting my vehicle fixed. I called Scott and he was extremely helpful and walked me through the process. Everyone I worked with from Scott to the customer service department at State Farm was stellar!

Scott, I just wanted you to know that the last 2 months in a row I have called in to pay my vehicle and renter’s insurance and I have spoken to Ryan Pruett. Just wanted you to know that he is a very customer service type person and he makes the customer feel valued. Scott’s office seems to be most efficient and has always served me well. I have called many times with questions and changes to my circumstances and have always had my questions answered concisely and to the point as well as changes being handled with no problems. I recently switched my coverage to Scott Holdridge's office from another State Farm agent and I could not be happier with my decision. Not only did he make sure my existing coverage was a good fit, he took the time to also explore other options and see where I could reduce coverage.

Flash forward a few months and I locked my keys in the trunk at a grocery store. When I checked my insurance card I was very happy to see I have roadside assistance, coverage Scott encouraged me to keep.

I immediately called the office and the staff was very quick to provide me with the 800 number to call. I had to call the office a few times with additional questions. With each call the staff was so kind, caring and helpful. The staff empathized with my situation and offered assistance that went above and beyond. The saying 'Like a good neighbor... State Farm is there" could not have been more true. Interacting with this office felt like talking to a neighbor.

Scott and his team have done a great job of serving us over the past year! They have been prompt, thorough and very easy to work with. They ensure all of our insurance needs have been met. Highly recommend!
