Craftmark Construction

I'm an architect in Illinois and I originally planned and built our second home in 2013. At that time, I had interviewed three construction companies. I was very happy with our choice and the working relationship and craftsmanship of our contractor. The communication was excellent and really made my intermittent and long distance oversight feasible.

But when we were planning an addition for the house more recently, our contractor had relocated to North Carolina! Fortunately, we already had a working relationship with Paul White of Craftmark. Paul had been instrumental in the construction of the original house while working with our previous contractor. This continuity was extremely important to me in order to implement the addition in the same manner as the original house.

Paul and his crew exhibited the same level of care and conscientiousness that we had experienced in our previous dealings. They took great pains to ensure that we could still use our house while the addition was underway, and they stuck with us through post pandemic supply shortages and then followed up repeatedly to ensure that the job was done to our satisfaction and that we were completely satisfied.

I'm also happy that we continue to have a relationship locally. I know I can call on Paul and his staff in the future when the need arises.

Paul and his crew did a quality, loving and professional job hanging siding on our family's Wequetonsing cottage. The house is old, jumbled, uneven and I'm sure not easy to work on. Paul understood the need for care, attention to detail and followed through on his proposal and price. It's not cheap, but it's worth it for this kind of custom work. Thank you Paul and Company.

Craftmark Construction was simply the best, they took a pre 1890 house of ours in Harbor Springs and completely re-built it from the studs and made it modern and safe. Paul White and his Crew are the only people I would ever use for any work, their craftmanship is simply phenomenal. Thank You Craftmark!
