Best Western Of Harbor Springs

Stayed three days while skiing locally. Rooms are nice, clean, & quiet. Breakfast is free & pretty good. Staff is friendly & very professional. Loved the pool & hot tub. Parking outside the door makes loading & unloading of ski equipment quick & easy. The best amenity is that Kurig coffee makers are in every room. Much better than the cardboard tasting in-room coffee most places offer. We've stayed many times over the years & will continue to return.

First time staying here, we stayed for one night and the room was great! Very clean and spacious with everything we needed. Breakfast was good and the lady working it was so nice and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing service, literally everyone that worked there was so kind. The friend I stayed with is still talking about their continental breakfast, saying it’s the best they’ve had. It must be the love they prepared the food with. The rooms were clean, updated, and stylish. The shower was actually very aesthetic. BUT the BEDS. Obviously when staying at a hotel the beds are one of the most important aspects. The mattresses desperately need to be replaced. The are severely worn out, uncomfortable, and offer no support. Hopefully they will be replaced soon. Location of the hotel is very convenient for the state park.

Great place to stay!! Location was excellent, 1.3 miles from the Petoskey Stare park. The room was comfortable, what made it even more comfortable were the beds!! I stayed here due to the high rating of cleanliness, and I was NOT disappointed. Exceptional clean, inside and outside! The folks working there were SUPER NICE! We met the owner and he was working just like everyone else there, friendly and extremely helpful! I had my 87 year old Mom with me, great for her with her walker. Our room had a walk in shower with bars for her to hold on to. PERFECT!!! Thanks Mike and team. You made our stay exceptional! We’ll be back!

We stayed here on a day trip to a local water park. The rooms were very clean and updated. We booked the 2 queen suite and it was like a small apartment, complete with kitchen full size fridge stove, pots pans and dishes. What I loved most was the small fire place and 2 separate bathrooms which was great because we didn't have to wait forever for the kids to shower. Breakfast was great and stocked. I would definitely stay here again when up north.

This place wanted to make sure we liked the room. The rooms are very nice. The beds are wonderful and the staff is wonderful. It's a great place to stay.

This is our second time at this Best Western. Rooms are very clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast is 5 stars plus. Scrambled farm fresh eggs and meat and lots of options. Delicious coffee. Friendly service attendant at breakfast that makes the room feel like family. Pool area clean, but some slippery spots so bring flip flops. Very convenient location between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. It is close to a small airport, so you can hear planes taking off in the morning. This is now my go to place when we visit Petoskey. Expect higher room prices at the peak of summer. Much lower out of season.

Simple but nice motel in a great location between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Love the pool and hot tub! Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

My room was SO clean!! I was a little worried with the age of the motel, but I loved everything about my stay! Breakfast was good and set out very nicely, pool area is very well kept, everyone was so friendly and like I said, my room was very nice, comfortable and no bad smells!! I would definitely stay here again!

This is a fantastic hotel,very well run, extremely clean,has the old nostalgic feel and set up, very comfortable,the suites are unbelievable! Stephanie was fantastic with her handling of my reservation.They really try hard and get the job done!

You will never be dissatisfied with BW of Harbor Springs,Mi. Very clean and very comfortable place to stay. GREAT PLACE.

Had to stay because of a family funeral. Booked the suite. Very nice! Up keep has been nicely done. Staff very friendly. They called me right away, after finding my son's cell phone. He left behind.
Will be using BW next time we are here.

This hotel was clean, inside and out....great beds, nice staff, excellent breakfast . They even gave us an accomodation not usually given at a hotel. The pool area was spotless, with a changing room and shower. Would recommend to anybody. We travel by car a great deal, and we both give this a 5 star rating , as above, which is pretty rare these days unless you are paying $200 or more a night!

Check-in was easy, room was clean and was well maintained during our stay.

Easy to find, exceptional staff, great rooms, and this place is well maintained, very beautiful spot, we sat at the picnic tables and watched the private plans take off from the airport in the distance, location was perfect for us, close enough to patoski to enjoy the town and easy to get to Mackinaw city to walk the bridge.

Very cozy. Just a bit out of town, so its quiet. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

Right on the stop light. Great staff very friendly 👍 We had the suite cleaning staff was very professional. Loved the pool and the hot tub 😍 Lots if lifesaving devices just in case. Plus they have special needs chairs to get in and out of the tub/pool. Pool and hot tub both indoors. Breakfast filled us up ala cart but lots of choices for continental. Showers 🚿 little small in the suite but get the job done. We loved it great experience I would give more stars 🌟 ✨ 💜

We got the king suite for us and 2 kids… this is without a doubt the nicest place we have ever stayed. The room is literally a 1 bedroom apartment, complete with dishes, soap, strainer 2 full bathrooms… we have a freaking fireplace in the living room!! I now know what kind of walk in shower the hubby will be installing. Great friendly staff, cleanest hotel we’ve ever been in and my even unimpressed 6 going on 16 year old says best vacation ever! We will be back at least every year! Oh, and it is within minutes of anything you could want. So happy. Book it!
