Wildwood Firearms Training and Range

I would 100% recommend going here whether you’re buying a new gun, gun accessories or taking a training course they are the most helpful and kind people I have ever worked with! Highly recommended. I will be stopping in more often when I’m in town.

I came in here along time ago but forgot to write a review. The workers here were awesome super kind and helpful.

Dan taught me how to shoot and clean my pistol. It’s been fun! Nice friendly helpful people.

Austin and Ray were amazing to work with. They were extremely educational and provided all-around excellent service. We had a great time on a bachelor party and will certainly go back when up in the Petoskey area. Enjoy!

aways have something new to look at. all staff are friendly, and they put on good CPL classes. I really enjoy doing business with them. Their 3 month layaway program really helps me out financially. Always willing to look something up for me. 🙂

Best gun shop in northern Michigan. Went into purchase gun for girlfriend. Non-experienced shooter. The owner extremely helpful and informative. Took his time to show multiple guns and to get the right fitment and what was comfortable for her hand size. Great guy. As a business I have not had better service in many years. Very informative. I highly recommend wild West firearms.

Went for some range time & then signed up for a CPL class. Both visits exceeded my expectations. Knowledgeable, caring and friendly staff providing great customer service; well-stocked, clean shop with reasonably priced products. Just can’t say enough good things about this place!

This was my first real/formal experience with a firearm and wasn't sure where to go for my CPL. Brett & Wildwood will make you feel at home and not the least bit intimidated. Highly recommend Brett because he really knows what he is doing. The 25 years in law enforcement brings a very unique and credible perspective. This is very informative, not just a quick checking off the boxes to get you out the door. I really enjoyed it and if you are reading this review debating where to get your CPL this is the place to go. Very easy decision and you won't regret it. I've purchased and sold multiple guns from these guys and also traveled the state for firearms. I can't even start to tell you the difference between this shop and others I've been to around the state. I've never had a bad experience with Wildwood and would order from or go to these guys over all the shops I've been too. I can officially say that Wildwood out does even 616 Barracks in Grand Rapids, Michigan especially when is comes to customer service

After a terrible experience at another local gun shop, I stopped here. Very responsible prices. Knowledgeable staff. Great pointers. Night and day difference! Definitely worth your time for any level of shooter.

Great store and very knowledgeable people working there. Very welcoming and overall great experience. I’m from Northwest indiana, and majority of the gun stores in my area are very unwelcoming and employees make it seem like they don’t even want to deal with you. Wish I didn’t live 7 hours away because I would be at this shop every single day. If i’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely be going here.

Friendly and helpful with a store that's stocked up, they even had ammo for a decent price during pandemic!

They place a high value on service and having associates that are qualified to assist clients in every area. They are open to ideas and to working with groups for special training events. I appreciate how patient they are as i learn !

I sold a couple guns, and put a couple on consignment, one of the consignment guns sold and they called me, had a check ready, and offered to mail it to me, or I could come pick it up. I haven’t used their range yet, but I’ve heard it’s nice 👍🏻. I’ll update this after I’ve checked the range out.
