IHOP

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this location and it was fantastic experience from start to finish. I was greeted warmly by staff and seated promptly. I ordered their famous pancakes, and let me tell you. they did not disappoint. The variety of topping available allowed me to customize my meal exactly how I wanted it. The service was exceptional throughout my meal, The staff was attentive, friendly and made sure that I had everything I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying breakfast of brunch experience. I will definitely be coming back.

The "Jalapeño Kick" is one of the best burgers I've had in years. Delicious. The right amount of heat, enough bacon and onions. Instead of regular cheese, it has a four-cheese crisp. What is not to like about grill-fried cheese made into a crispy disk. Really good. The side salad was very good also.

The food was amazing and came out in a timely manner. Alex was our server and exceeded our expectations. The food was so cheap! A 8$ meal! Will definitely be coming back.

My first visit to this location. Such friendly staff for such a humid day! I was in a mood for the chain's spinach mushroom omelet. I recall it being less expensive, but still; 13.99 for a massive, loaded omelet AND the side of hash browns was all I needed for the day!

I am hot blooded; I also have heat intolerance. I am certain that I'm the only one who found the place "warm" for having a/c. That said, the wall of heat that hits you when you leave reminds you that it was on.

Food was great, and the service was excellent!! Especially because they were very busy and, like many other restaurants, they were short staffed!
The waitresses were working very hard to please everyone, and the hostess kept her cool and was pitching in to clean up the tables so people could be seated. The food came out pretty quickly considering how busy it was.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Our food came very fast. Within 5 minutes. And it was good. This is one of the bigger ihops and they are well equipped for the rush

First time coming to the Saco IHop! Very pleasantly surprised at breakfast bar when you first walked in. We were immediately greeted by our server, Melissa, who introduced herself and took us to our table. In less than a minute she was back to take our drink order. We were ready to place our food order at that time, so she entered it into the new ordering tablet. Even with modifications, our food arrived hot and to the table within 10 minutes of the order being taken. Melissa came back twice to check on our meal, asking about the quality of our meals and if we needed drink refills. I had the eggs Benedict. I would recommend it to even the most critical of foodies. My egg was perfectly poached, English muffin toasted great. Presented just like the picture. Amazing does not describe the flavor… just perfection!! My little buddy’s food was hot, and he jumped right into eating as soon as his chicken tenders were in front of him. He has never finished an entire kids meal before, and this meal was GONE!! Great job IHop!! We will be back for sure!!!

This was my second time not having good food or service at iHops will not be back. Half my food came, then the other half after my friend and I had finished. When the wait staff noticed she brought the food and stayed clear from our table....

Makenzie J was our server today and she was absolutely amazing! Service with a smile, checked in to see how we were doing, just really kind- super refreshing and created a totally different experience than what we’ve been accustomed to at this location previously. The new manager stopped by to say hello- which had never happened under prior management- and she was also very welcoming. It seems like the change in oversight was exactly what was needed to bring positive energy into this location. We’ll absolutely be back!

Yup - Giving this IHOP a 5-Star Review. The place was SLAMMED busy and understaffed at the same while. Our greeting for a table was prompt, wait time was as explained (7-10 minutes), waitress was quick, courtious, and efficient, and the food was perfect. Seriously - Hats off to this IHOP Crew in the middle of summer's madness.

I came around 11 am- 12 pm. I immediately notice it was a very clean and calm environment! Our waitress Abigail was super kind and very attentive! All the food that came to our table was definitely up to my expectations and then some! Overall was a very enjoyable experience! Thank you IHOP! 😊

We stopped in when they were short staffed and you wouldn't have guessed it by the service Makenzie gave. It was very clear she was incredibly busy but she made sure to give us her undivided attention whenever she came to the table. We never felt rushed when making a decision on what to eat. When the food came out it was just as we ordered. She deserves a bonus!

Come here every weekend with a larger party. Super accommodating and service is great!

Mallissa was an excellent waitress. She allowed me to move to a quieter area so I could catch up with a friend. Food and service was A+. The manager Zoe stopped by as well to see how things were. Clean restaurant.

we were seated right when we walked in the door, the restaurant was very clean, the food was amazing but our waitress was pretty young so we had to go looking for her to place our order and to get our check
