polite, helpful, converted dollars to pesos for a trip to Mexico. wow.

I am a small business owner in Augusta, Maine. Have been doing my
business checking with TD Bank on Western Avenue for several years
now. Very friendly staff all the way around. Their ATM machines at all of
their locations have deposit capabilities both in the form of cash and
checks. That is what keeps my business running smoothly. If any small business owner is looking for a great institution to bank with, go see

I am there every week for business and personal checking. They have always been polite and take the time to explain things to me if something doesn't work the way I thought it would. I've dealt with pretty much everyone there at one time or another and always had excellent service.

Friendly, accommodating tellers. They were happy to help me even though I was from out of town and do not have a TD account.

Banked here since 2006. Best bank ever.

This branch could use some lessons in customer service from the branch(es) in the Portland area. Some of the tellers here are very helpful, but some of them have no people skills and no pleasing people attitude.

What kind of bank doesn't have ANY form of ATM for after-hours transaction. No pre-lobby ATM. No Drive-thru ATM. If they aren't open, you're SoL, and no other TD bank available for dozens of miles. Never even seen another TD like that in my life. As inconvenient as Banking could possibly be in Kennebec County.

The customer service at this branch is definitely lacking... Will be trying Waterville from now on.

Absolutely horrible customer service for very simple banking transactions! I don’t have any loans or need to borrow money. A simple withdrawal from one of my accounts that has more than ample funds is a challenge. Vanessa is rude and condescending! Zero stars is more appropriate!
