I had a great experience with Jordan Wilcox. I had a problem with a erroneous refund on my payroll taxes. He went over everything with me and we discussed the problems I was having and when he understood my situation he propsed a plan that I could follow to solve my problem. He was very knowledgable and understanding.
I would reccomend him to anyone who was having problems with the IRS.

I put myself in an unfortunate situation with the IRS where basically I owed a whole lot of money to them. Working with Jordan and his team was the best decision I have ever made. They saved me over 99.5% of what I owed them originally. They are very good at what they do and the whole staff is friendly and empathetic to ones situation. I highly, HIGHLY recommend using their services if you find yourself handcuffed with the IRS. They have the keys to free you!

I can't recommend these guys enough. We made some missteps on our taxes and it got really overwhelming and intimidating really quickly, but the INSTANT we started working with everyone at Jordan Wilcox's office, an enormous weight was taken off our shoulders, as they step in as a kind of referree between you and the IRS. I had the unfortunate situation where I was in debt to the IRS. I always filled on time, yet in some cases could not cover what I owed do to family obligations. So, about four years ago, I went to Jordan Wilcox with some tax liabilities from previous years, and they were approx 156K. I was very concerned, but he put me at ease. When you walk into his office, you see a sign that says, "Be Brave." Nevertheless, It's still daunting to have something like that hanging over your head. Today I received my OIC about .17 cents on the dollar. I am unsure how complex my situation was compared to others, but I know you don't want to even think about trying to do all this yourself.
