Dickson Family Dental Care

Dickinsons Family Dental Care was the only dentist office that spoke to me with respect when trying to get a dentist to pull my broken wisdom tooth that I had let go for 3 months without treatment, and had an infection in it, along with unbelievable pain! I have Medicaid and was told by 5 other dentist within minutes of each other they said No because Medicaid. even after I said I would pay cash to get this tooth out. they still wouldn't see me even if it was cash pay because they just don't see Medicaid patients. Dickinsons Family Dental care was the opposite. They showed real concern. They listened to me about my concerns. Explained everything they were doing to me and why it was being done. I didn't even have to ask. The Doctor was very cordial, and intelligent. He worked very quickly, and he, and the nurses made sure I was comfortable. I have issues with my jaw ( TMJ ) .They also made sure that they helped keep my jaw rested, they were so understanding. The staff are so very nice. I am recommending and would recommend to anyone needing emergency Dental to call Dickinsons Family Dental Care! Great services! Note: I left the office and was so sick at my stomach. The pharmacy called him to see if I could get something for sickness. The doctor was so prompt. He sent a prescription for Zofran to ease my sickness. He responded the pharmacy with promptness. In 4 minutes or less the doctor from Dickinsons Family Dental Care sent the prescription for sick stomach. Did I mention that they don't charge unreasonable service charges Their prices are very manageable.

Such a great experience, they always make me feel comfortable. They are the best staff ever, highly recommend if you are looking for a great dentist!

That extraction hurt like hell but t was because the tooth broke...but I took it like a soldier because dentist and his assistants were great and it is because they were nice that I didn't have anxiety.
The room was cold and the dentist adjusted the heat and waited till the room warmed up b4 he started. His bedside/chair side manner was Everything.
I will recommend Dickinson dental in a heartbeat Annnnd, I'm trying to get my friend to ditch her dentist and use mine.

Everyone at Dr. Dickson’s office was so nice. The receptionist greeted me as soon as I walked in . Rhonda, his dental hygienist is the BEST!!! I have vertigo and she made accommodations for me while cleaning my teeth. She is s very caring person. This was my visit to Dr. Dickson. I found him to be very patient, easy to talk to , and also very caring. He listened to my concerns and offered several suggestions. I highly recommend him and Rhonda. I will definitely be using him as my dentist.

Wonderful Dental experience! You will be made to feel like you are the most important patient. You are treated like family.

Was very happy with my visit. Staff was very polite and dentist fixed my tooth. Didn't just talk about fixing it. Was done in one day. This will definitely be my dentist from now on.

I came in nervous of course due to I needed a tooth extracted and that’s never fun but their staff was awesome and very patient with me, even gave me xtra time to prepare lol yea I was scared scared😂😂. But moral of the story once I was ready it was fast and simple. They answered every question and I’ll be returning for future visits… Thanks team

I had my third visit today. Seriously couldn’t ask for better people. Everyone is friendly, and makes you feel at home. They explain everything that they’re doing.

Everything went great with my dental app Monday, Rhonda was amazing @ her job, she does great work and Dr Dickson did great when putting my tooth, it didn’t hurt and is healing great, no pain so far so I’m thankful and blessed to have Dickson Dental as my resource with my teeth and gums! Super friendly staff and dentist. I went in for 2 procedures, one in January and one in may and each time they’ve done great. I was in minimal to no pain. Very comfortable environment and friendly dentist. He’s definitely going to be your go to dentist! Thank you Dickson family dental!

Wow. I am not a fan of the dentist at all. I have major anxiety and zero experiences of a good dentist. I had to have 3 teeth removed by NEA Oral Surgery and since I have experienced dry socket was advised that I needed to go ahead with a follow up appointment. I knew that the dentist that completed the referral was not one I wanted to see again as they refused to send my x rays including the panoramic ones until I filed a complaint with my insurance company. I did research and Dickson showed up as highly recommended. I figured they are right next to NEA so there was hope. When I walked in, I was greeted right away, handed the paperwork, and everyone was incredibly friendly. I had emailed and told the office about the previous issues with dry socket and that was remembered. There was zero pressure about scheduling any follow up appointments or how I needed to have all of this other dental work. My teeth aren't great thanks to genetics and I know that I just need dentures. However, that's just an expense we can't do. I really liked Dickson and I appreciate that everyone was really friendly. I would definitely recommend them and I may end up making an appointment before I am in need again.

Went yesterday to Dickson Family Dental and I must say it is the best experience I have had in a dental office. They were very polite, Erica was very informative and not to mention the Dr was amazing . Will definitely be going here for all my dental work. They did not try to push extra services on us and that’s a plus .

The staff was very nice and professional as always. Dr.Dickson and his staff always explain the process of what procedure I am having done, and I always feel at ease. I highly recommend Dickson Dental to anyone who needs dental care. They are top notch!!!
