We just moved to Maine and my son decided he wants learn to ice skate so he can start playing hockey. I brought him into Joseph’s to get him skates, a helmet, and gloves. I have to say that our experience with Joseph’s was exceptional! Sue fitted my son for ice skates. She was very helpful, kind, and great with my son! Lou helped us find a helmet and gloves that worked for him. Lou is super knowledgeable and answered all my “first time hockey mom” questions. He also took the time to adjust his helmet and taught me how to take it on and off when we came back in to pick it up.

Both Sue and Lou are super nice and helpful. Just all around good people. We won’t go anywhere else to find gear as my son grows. Definitely earned a lifetime customer in us. Thanks for all of your help!

Great business... They have Lou there I refer to him as "Huan" from the mighty ducks if your looking for an expert sharpening for your skates hit him up and Dave there will get you hooked up with the rest of your sports needs or custom embroidery

Need to get some stuff printed for our business and I'm so impressed with their work quality and price points. Maybe after the holidays cuz they are working very hard right now and more.

Great sporting goods store with quite a large selection of items. The staff is really friendly and the prices are very good. This place is a great alternative to the big box sporting goods stores.
They also carry official Boy Scout & Girl Scout stuff!

A great local place to fill your needs for any sport. Lou is incredibly helpful and always makes sure that you have what you need. Lou helped our family so much when my son started hockey and we had no idea where to start with equipment. Thankful that we have them in the area.

My 6 year old son was fitted for his third pair of hockey skates here recently. His second pair were bought at a different store, the sales clerk at that store said "they fit him perfectly", but were actually a size and a half too big (we had no idea). Joseph to the rescue!! :-)
Fantastic service and attention. We also get his skates sharpened here. Very fast and friendly service. We'll never shop anywhere but here for hockey gear.
