Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store

Good choice and well kept store. Little disappointed that when I went t back to return an item the store was completely closed for refurbishment. Wasted a 70 mile round trip.

It’s Ralph Lauren! What else is there to say. I love that there’s a polo store in Freeport! It’s always decorated well and everybody’s friendly.

The manager is very friendly and helpful. He checked the computer to see if they have my size and ordered the items and had them shipped to my house. I got the package within a week. Very nice service

I love shopping at polo. And this particular polo was exceptional. Very nice setup the staff was super friendly and helpful. I found what I was looking for for an infant a child and myself no problem. I definitely will be visiting this store again in the near future. A also loved the fact they had a big variety of the big bear polo designs.

Great experience!!! I was visiting from south new Jersey. Went to 2 factory stores the didn't have my size. The guy at the register offered to have the correct size sent to my house at no extra cost. Fantastic customer service

This Pollo outlet is my favorite store in Freeport.
The staffis exceptional customer service, very helpful without being pushy. If i need advice on outfits or styling suggestions they are great, or if i just want to wonder around casually perusing the store i never feel rushed.

They exchanged a very old shirt I had (still with the tags) without any problem. Nice robes, I might have to go back for one.

Husband's favorite store. He can always find good quality shirts at Polo factory stores and picked up another 5-6 shirts when we stopped here.

Nice place but I heard one of the employees say playboi carti was a top 5 rapper all time and thats honestly offensive.

You know what you're getting for quality but as a outlet store, it has great prices, especially the clearance and sale prices. Lovely kids section.

Been wearing polo since a child it always makes me feel superior.
