Starbucks

I’ve come here multiple times. The first 2 times I came in, the store was very busy and my order got messed up - small things, such as being given the wrong size. They were so nice about it and gave me gift cards for next time to correct this. Staff here are always so friendly and welcoming. They were also very accommodating during the recent storm as myself and many others were riding out the power outage here to get some work done, they came around with drink samples of new things, offered people water, and even watched my laptop so I could use the restroom without worrying about packing everything up. These are great people.

They remade my drink without any problem after I tried something that ended up being too sweet. 🙃

Great staff

Stopped in from a nearby festival and it was busy with people trying to get warm. The two women working were swamped but were still so friendly and doing a great job.even when My card was g9ving me trouble the cashier was so helpful and friendly

I ordered in the middle of a rush and got almost all ice in my small drink I hate being a Karen but I went up and was like "I hate being a Karen but this is alot of ice" batista "don't worry I got you boo" 100/10

These ladies are amazing!! It's always so busy with just 2 people in there... one taking orders & one making drinks! Idk how you do it but y'all are rockstars!! 🤘

Perfect spot to grab a coffee in a little house on Main Street. The customer service is really above board. Super friendly & helpful. Kudos to barista Meg for being so chatty & welcoming.

Batista was so nice. Most other places don't even acknowledge you. The store is very clean. The rest of the staff was very nice. My vanilla latte was delicious

Very cozy and nice clean little store. Courteous employees and very respectful. The peorson who handle my drink asked me how to pronounce my name, because he did not want to say it wrongly. Very busy place. I liked it.

came to this starbucks about a week ago and was served by a lovely Abby; she was very knowledgable about the drinks when I asked her about the new brown sugar oat shaken espresso (which was delicious). staff are always friendly and drinks are always well made!

Love this Starbucks!!! I go frequently for the delicious vanilla cold brew to start my day. Claire U rock 👍

This Starbucks makes the food and drink just right. Some Starbucks with drive throughs are not always up to quality I noticed. But this Starbucks is the gold standard. Thank you Freeport Starbucks!

Cute little Starbucks in the middle of downtown on main Street. Limited parking and no drive through but perfect if strolling along main street

The people are so nice here I never have a bad experience! I don’t go to any other Starbucks because this is by far the best one I’ve been to. They are always so kind and fun!

I go here atleast once a week, and I had to share how much I appreciate this staff! Everyone is always so friendly, and professional, but most importantly fantastic baristas! The place is also always sooo clean! My drink has always been PERFECT, and I just love going in - THANK YOU!

This was a quaint Starbucks in a tourist location. No drive thru, but still quality coffee.
