Wiggleswick Cottage

Such an amazing Christmas at Wigglestick Cottage! This owner managed cottage is the perfect location for couples and families with pets who are looking for a private oceanfront setting in coastal Maine. Super clean, well-stocked, and incredibly welcoming. The owner makes you feel so special and really cares to make sure your stay is perfect. We arrived to Alexa playing holiday music:) During our stay a major storm took out power in many coastal towns, but the whole house generator worked perfectly. We went without nothing during our stay. I highly recommend this beautiful log cabin/home in coastal Maine. Reid State Park is about 5 minutes away which is just an added bonus.

I spent three glorious days at this little piece of heaven and my soul is all the better for it. It was my dogs first trip with me and it was an excellent experience for us both. We enjoyed the agility equipment very much. It’s probably the most relaxing place I have ever stayed. Quiet, serene, stunningly beautiful and SO comfortable. A true home away from home. Sara has thought of everything. I’ve rented a fair amount of properties in my life and nothing compares to this. This place has all you could ever want or need and MORE! There are so many extra little touches that it’s like opening gifts at Christmas. I even loved the smell of all the soaps. THANK YOU so much for the little welcome gifts, Willoughby loved his cookie and ball, and I very much appreciated the tag. He wore it proudly. I’ll treasure the memory of my time spent at Wiggleswick Cottage. Also, playing centipede on the Atari was EPIC!!!! Thank you!

Truly THE BEST vacation home we have ever rented. From the moment we entered the property we were in love. The grounds are beautiful, the home even more so. We were greeted with treats for both of us and also for our dog- she still plays with her ball every day. Sara thinks of everything to make your stay comfortable for both you and your pet. Beautiful views from the dock to top it all off. Thank you Sara- we will be back!

The cottage is perfect, Sara has thought of everything! Truly the most beautiful, well appointed short term vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. We lost our sweet Sasha one week prior to our stay and this was a perfect way to begin our healing journey. A peaceful, quiet place to reflect and take in the most amazing sunrise views. We hope to have the opportunity to visit in the summer to enjoy to the dock and water, and all it has to offer!

my father and I had the most wonderful time at the cottage. We were only up for a day or two but the dreamy feel of the house made it feel like a week. It has everything you could possibly need for a stay of any kind and it really feels like a home. The master bedroom and kitchen and large porch (perfect for stargarzing) were my favorites. Your puppy if you bring one will also be as relaxed and happy as you as the house is extremely dog friendly, there's even a dog bed in each bedroom. The guidebook is an amazing touch and it really fortified our stay. Build a big fire and make a beautiful family meal and you will have a perfect vacation. I cannot wait to return. My husband and I with our two dogs came to stay at Wiggleswick Cottage for our anniversary. Sara goes above and beyond as a host to make sure you have a great stay. The house was incredibly clean, she provided a goodie bag for the pups, a nice welcoming gift for myself and husband, even provides tags for the pups to wear during their stay! There are two kayaks for your water enjoyment, plenty of yard games, and even some agility equipment for the dogs. We want to thank her for restaurant suggestions. A restaurant must while staying is Five Islands Lobster Co. It doesn't get any fresher than that place and it isn't far from the cottage! This has been by far one of our best rentals! Thank you Sara, we hope to be back!

Outstanding! I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Sara creates a warm and inviting experience starting before you even set foot on the property with upbeat and informative emails. When you open the front door music greets you along with a welcome packet. Wow! Every detail is covered. We brought our dogs and they enjoyed their stay just as much as us. Five star plus plus!!

This was the Best place we have stayed in Maine! We have been to many other coastal cottages over the years and have this as #1 overall.
Great hosts and beautiful, clean house in the perfect setting! We were there in October 2021 and have just reserved 2 weeks for Fall 2022! There are many places to explore right in the area and convenient transportation to Portland Airport or Bangor Airport.
You will not be disappointed if you book some time at Wiggleswick Cottage!

The cottage is phenomenal! The owner thought of the smallest details to help make this a perfect stay! The house is a little slice of heaven and we had everything (and more!) we needed or wanted!

Beautiful, clean, pet friendly property a short drive from Bath ME. All the little details - from the snacks in the fridge to the music playing when we checked in to the cozy dog beds and blankets - made it a delightful stay.

Sara is a super host in every way. The cottage is immaculate, well provisioned, and very comfortable.
