Orono IGA

I moved from this area about 6 months ago, but if I'm in the area, I still shop for groceries here. You can't beat the meat taste or value. Sweet little grocery store.

This is a great little grocery store. The meat in particular is spectacular. There's new deals every week.

Great prices, bakery & deli. Friendly & helpful staff. Worth driving out of my way on occasion to pick up hats to find things.

Good selection. Store brands are very well priced. Large spice containers are an excellent buy - never buy spices again in the small, over priced, containers again. Example - 6.5 oz smoked paprika for $5.99! Amazon has McCormick smoked paprika 1.75 oz for $4.79! Huge difference!

They always have what I want or need

Cashier and grocery bagger were so friendly! And prices here were very good, especially in the meat section! The store is relatively small but had everything we were looking for. Filled a cart for only $106, definitely a good value

I've been coming here for a while now. I order a sandwhich at the deli! Ive been there so much nearly every staff at the deli recognizes me and knows what im there for! They all are super kind and talk to me about whatever! Its very common i walk up and before i even say anything i get asked "you here for your sandwich?"
Something about being a "regular" customer makes me really happy. I am only 16 but the staff treat me like an adult even though I'm still a kid. Its just a really comfortable place for me to go especially after stressful appointments to get my IGA sub. Its become almost a ritual now. Almost every time i have to go out for appointments i get a sub from IGA! All the staff members are so kind and are so understanding about how i need certain things cut! I have different sensory issues and need things a certain way so i can actually eat it and the staff are very understanding. I 100 percent recommend you should go to IGA and get a custom sub from the deli! Its worth it ^^

Great place to get groceries

Insanely low prices! 2 liter Schweppe's ginger ale for 50 cents? A whole cake for $2? A quiche for $4? A meat lover's pizza for $3 and change? The store is clean and the service is friendly. Plus, there usually isn't much of a wait at the registers.

This place is excellent for hot and cold fresh food and meals. When the food is close to expiring it goes on sale for 50% off and you can get some insane deals, like a hot meal for $3, a sub for $2, 5 wings for $1.50, or a cup of mini bay scallops for $2!

This isn't your everyday "grocery store " This is a family store! Every time I stop in to grab anything I always feel as though I'm catching up with my family/friends. Super friendly just an all around amazing place. Great Job Orono IGA

I'm so impressed every time I shop at Orono IGA... it is stocked so nicely, tidy and clean. The entire staff of amazingly friendly, helpful and kind. I always feel uplifted when I leave.

Gr8 prices and the quality of the produce is impressive. Customer service is topnotch. I'm disabled and always need some kind of assistance. Lol They make me feel welcome and comfortable enough to ask for help.

Love the prices & service you get. Its easy to shop there. In the Cold/Flu season hits its a great place to pick up your OTC medicine. They always have the best comparable pricing and fair pricing at that. Shopping there is nice typically its quite and quick lines. Its a great place to pick up things quickly and get along with your day/night. No hassle friendly service. Has ATMs a service desk so uou can get your financial things done or whatever else you need. Plus its got a great meat section. I think all that do know go there for their "Meat" needs. Wine selection as you walk in. They have a great beer & alcohol section as well for anyone who like to drink. Place has it all. In a cozy space, it has a lot of stuff.

You can easily do most of your grocery shopping at this store as they have varieties of products to choose from. Also, the prices of the products are relatively cheap and affordable. Furthermore, the customer service is good and the workers are very helpful and friendly. Good place to shop

Great selection of everyday and sometimes unique brands. I hav even pleased with this store since they opened. And Bob is a great manager. The employees are always so friendly and when Shane is working I grocery, he is so helpful.

Bells is the most Awesome Grocery Store South of Millinockett and East of Dover Foxcroft. The Management and Staff are Friendly and Welcoming, the Quality is 100 %, the Selection is Perfect, the Prices are unbeatable and made for me, and the Service is Excellent! My Loyalty is well deserved!

Great store my sister introduced me to it going to LaGrange and I absolutely love bells IGA in Orono it has a little bit of everything and it has a lot of really good deals people that work there are super friendly I absolutely will be back!!!!

Every once in awhile I will head to this store, and ALL associates front, back, deli or floor, are helpful, kind and smiley. Store is always clean and stocked. 😄
