Everything was super clean, the appointment was quick, and the staff were super nice.

The interior of the building is beautiful and they make you feel like a king in here. The facility is sparkling clean. Dr. Hartford improved his bedside manner since the last time I saw him and is now great! Unlike the first time I was here, I wasn't rushed at all. Everything was explained clearly. Pay no attention to the negative reviews of this place - people are more likely to leave a review if they've had a negative experience, while those who have positive experiences don't write reviews.

It did take around 9 months to get in as a new patient with a referral but it honestly was worth it. The doctor I had was quick and efficient. Took the time to answer all my questions and didn't try to up sale and point out issues that I didn't find to be issues like the last office I went to. They were able to help me and I would be comfortable recommending them to anyone.

We had unpleasant/ uncaring experiences with 3 other dermatologists prior to having
Dr Hartford enthusiastically recommended by a friend. She was right, he and his staff are knowledgeable, they’re kind, they listen and they communicate well. The office is bright and pleasant. We drive over an hour but it’s worth the time to feel well cared for.

You rarely see a good review because happy clients just seem not to leave a review.
I'm a very happy client. I've been going here for over 3 years. Dr. Ellis and her team, have saved my life many times since my first melanoma was discovered. My experience each visit all employees from the front to the back were professional and courteous.
I am a frequent flyer, go every 3 months. I have never had a negative thought of Penobscot Dermatology.

Very happy with my service here! I've been seeking treatment for a condition for seven years, and I was starting to feel pretty pessimistic about it. They provided me with a new diagnosis and a lot of treatment options, and now I'm hopeful. I was in and out very quickly but never felt rushed, they're just efficient. 5 minutes in the waiting room, 3 minutes to see the provider. Flexible and timely follow up options. Sounds like they really fight to get insurance to cover things too.

Took almost 6 months to be seen for a new patient, but the doctors and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They all take the time to listen to any concerns and seem to genuinely care. They want to help you get the best care possible.

Highly recommend FNP Holly Haeberlain, so very much appreciate a care provider that hears and factors in my own experiences in deciding on approach, I always feel involved and comfortable (and I never thought I'd say that about medical care!). Staff always very friendly and professional, and enjoy that this is one doctor's office that respects your time as much as their own. Very well run practice providing top quality care, thank you very much for such a positive experience.

This place should be an established model for medical practices. Very efficient, waiting time is limited to 15 min, facility is very clean and staff generally are excellent. I might add also that this person "Sheila Edalatpour" gave a one star review without explanation. She did the same thing to Margaritas Restaurant . No explanation. This would indicate this reviewer is negative by nature and surely unhappy. A real cheap shot. At least qualify your review.

All of the doctors and staff are friendly, helpful, and thorough. Appointments are scheduled within a reasonable amount of time and have always run on time, if not early. I highly recommend this medical facility.

I went there for spots all over my legs! I went to three different doctors before hand...and I didn't wait long at all only 5 minutes.. The Doctor was very experienced and knew what she was talking about!
