Veazie Veterinary Clinic

We had a wonderful experience with the staff at Veazie Vet Clinic yesterday. They were friendly, compassionate and professional. The vet performed surgery on our corgi, who came through beautifully. The clinic provided clear post-op instructions and good communicationas far as the drop off and pick up. We're grateful to have this facility so close to our home, although we do hope to never have to visit them again!

I am so thankful for the people at the Veazie clinic. My cat needed an emergency visit, and our usual vet in Dover wouldn't get us in. Veazie was suggested to me, so I called, and an hour later, they were treating kitty. The staff are very friendly and the facility is clean and welcoming. We had a great visit. Thanks again to everyone who helped us in Veazie.

By far and large, this is one of the best Veterinarians I've used for my pets. I give them five stars as they are on top of my pet's healthcare needs. I highly recommend if you are looking for a vet that cares that you bring your pets to them. They are pet and pet-parent-focused.

Hands down the best vet in Maine. If you care about your pets and want the best care, this is the place. I just had my Chihuahuas teeth cleaned and I heard so many horror stories so I did put it off. Max came home like nothing happened, even after having some teeth removed. Thank you to the wonderful staff and doctors. You definitely get what you pay for.

I can’t recommend Veazie enough. They’ve gotten my fur babies in quickly when needed and been so kind and loving with my pets every visit we’ve had. They’ve been thorough in their explanations and suggestions and made sure I understood. Your pets are in good hands with this office. ❤

My little girl sustained injuries very early this morning & Veazie took her in immediately upon opening. They assessed her & had everything on hand to send us on our way with confidence that I could care for her at home. She is resting comfortably now with her medications. I also appreciate that they gave us such good care without charging outrageous amounts. The doctor was so kind & gentle with her. He was also very knowledgeable & made me feel comfortable about her situation even though I was terrified for her when I initially walked in. We are both doing much better now after Veazie took care of us. I felt comfortable here & would bring my pups back.

The separate cat and dog entrance and waiting area is thoughtful! I believe we have finally found our favorite Vet. Thanks Dr. McCaw, Anthony & staff! Also that solar array & landscaping is looking NICE! 👌

This is a great vet, I really like how Dr. David Cloutier took time to explain the process and was very thought full and nice to work with.

Absolutely wonderful and caring through an extremely traumatic death of a beloved pet! I was completely blown away by there compassion and respect they showed us! By far the best place I've ever dealt with!!

This place was amazing fixing my pooch after he was attacked by a bulldog on our property. They wired his jaw and even made the payment options affordable and reasonable! Great staff and just an all around wonderful experience in a hard situation.

Amazing Place. Helped me, took my Pup suede in an Emergency when every other Vet couldn’t. I’ve now brought all my pups, 3 and a fourth soon. And I couldn’t be happier even squeezed in a appointment when I forgot to add a dog! Love the Docs the nurse ladies! And my pups love them too

They took me in as a new client when my pup got porcupine quills in her face. Everyone was nice and helpful. Provided an accurate cost estimate upfront.

Brought my five month old kitten in because she swallowed string. Veazie was able to get me and my kitten in same day I called. Had to bring her back because her condition improved. This resulted in her needing emergency surgery. Multiple staff stayed late to perform her surgery and keep her alive. I don’t think she would have made it without their care for her. She is not out of the woods yet, but I am confident in their skill and diligence to do what was best to keep her alive. Veazie staff deserve all the praise!!

Best experience I've ever had at an animal hospital. During the checkup the vet handled my cat with such care and expertise, I was so impressed. She was a true professional.

This clinic is amazing. I called them at 3:30 am because the emergency vet in my area had a 6-8 hour wait. They called me back at 7:30 am and advised to bring him right in. Due to Covid I could not enter, but they conferenced me in while they examined my sweet boy. We came up with a plan of action and the price I paid was more than fair. So happy I chose to switch to Veazie Vet a couple years ago. They’re all wonderful!

I will never stop talking about how much I love this vet! My cats have been going here for four years. We have seen Dr. McCaw, who is absolutely fabulous, but we mostly see Dr. Tardiff. She is absolutely incredible! I have three cats with very different needs and she adjusts her speed and demeanor with each cat to keep them calm and at ease. She is always very thorough and answers all of my questions. I never feel rushed and always feel like my cats are getting the highest level of care!!

Rogue and I had such a great informative visit. The Dr. Was pleasant and knowledgeable as well more then willing to answer any and all concerns. Thankyou Veazie Veterinary Clinic for making us feel so at ease Rogue wanted to stay!

One of the best vets I could have asked for. Both the Vet and tech were incredibly knowledgeable and super nice! They took their time with my two cats and gave them the best care possible! Definitely would recommend this vet!

This is the best vet I’ve ever been to. They treated my Bonnie girl with love and care, and Dr. Townsend was so perfect to my girl. They are incredibly compassionate and understanding. They are always ready to do the most for your pet. They just put down my girl and made me feel like they were there for me and they were there for her. They gave her a blanket so she wouldn’t be cold after. I couldn’t ask for anything else from a vet and I am planning on transferring all my pets to them.
I asked him to give her a kiss out of surgery and he sure did deliver. I’m so thankful for Veazie Vet.

We LOVE Dr. Townsend & LVT Anthony! We’ve just moved here from Iowa and we couldn’t ask for a better vet. Dr. Townsend is so patient and listens to me when I come with 2 pages of notes regarding one of our pups with behavior issues & anxiety. 10/10 recommend! Always request Dr. Townsend :)
