Just minutes from Reid State Park and with an amazing oceanside porch, this Inn is a gem. We were so happy to stay for a special night at the end of season and enjoy delicious fare at Blue, the restaurant within the Inn. Our room (Five Islands) had an amazing view and was clean and well kept. I rated it 4/5 only because it was small - that wasn't a problem given the lovely common areas inside and outside of the Inn. We recommend one of the turret rooms like ours - the views of the ocean and nearby islands are amazing! The innkeepers and staff are both professional and gracious - they were wonderful hosts.

My granddaughter and her fiancee could not have chosen a more peaceful beautiful location to be married in Maine than the Grey Havens Inn in Georgetown, ME. The living room is beautifully decorated with comfortable seating to capture all the scenic views of sailboats and lobster traps being pulled.
The wrap around porch was the best spot to sit in rocking chairs and relax after all the delicious meals that the chef prepared and served in the Blue Room Restaurant.
The bartender was able to keep the line short for the variety or drinks that were ordered, I enjoyed a delicious sangria!
Ali was the perfect owner/hostess always working but very relaxed readily available to answer any questions or make suggestions.
The bedrooms were cozy, spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds and plenty of hot water for showers.
The wedding took place on the lawn of the property and Reid State Park was a short ride from the Inn and another beautiful setting for the photo shoot of the bride and groom prior to the ceremony.
Thank you to Ali and her husband for providing the perfect peaceful place for their memory making wedding!

A wonderful stay with excellent views and great grounds for birding. Had dinner at Blue and it lived up to its reputation and was outstanding! Bed extremely comfortable, shower had plenty of hot water and the porch was exquisite.

Gorgeous views, beautiful rooms, great food and great service! We had to check in earlier than their posted time in order to get to a wedding, and they easily accommodated us. This was when hurricane Lee was coming by, so the power was out, but they had a generator, so there was power in the common areas and hallways, and we could still have nice hot showers! Prepared for the worst weather Maine can offer, with some of the best views Maine has to offer!

Wonderful location. Easy Maine days. Wrap around porch with a view.. Porch furniture like butter. Well appointed rooms. Clean and fresh. Great food. Coffee bar in the morning. Lovely breakfast. Excellent bar. Chill owners who tend to your requests with ease and diligence. 2 miles from a sandy beach. Make a reservation at Blue!

Beautiful landmark on the water with great views of the ocean. The place is spotless & well maintained. There are no TVs in the rooms in case you are a TV watcher. And no closet in the Reid room. Mattresses & bedding were very comfortable! Internet service is good. Ali & Carlos are friendly & courteous but not super chatty—which we loved. Other b&b owners sometimes are almost boundary less when it comes to engaging with the customers. Highly recommend if you are looking for a cozy
B & B.

This is a fantastic getaway in midcoast Maine. The innkeepers are charming, the food is delicious, the rooms are cozy, and the view is jaw-dropping. There’s a big front porch, high-speed broadband, and the best bed of my entire vacation! Their restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday, and my only regret is that I didn’t stay longer.

My spouse and I had an amazing stay at Grey Havens Inn! We loved the location and Maine ambiance of the Inn’s coastal setting. We also enjoyed two excellent meals at Blue, the Inn’s restaurant. Service at both the Inn and restaurant was fantastic. We look forward to staying and dining there again.

I have not been fortunate enough, yet, to stay at Grey Havens Inn, but still I had a wonderful experience with innkeeper Ali. A dear friend of mind visited a few weeks ago, with her husband, to celebrate her birthday. I wanted to have a flower arrangement delivered to their room, to be there when they arrived, and so I called the inn. Ali was so friendly and welcoming of the idea, and gave me some ideas for area florists, of which there are not many around there! She also said that if I ran into any problems, I should call back. I was not able to make arrangements for delivery for various reasons, so, indeed, I called Ali back. She immediately promised to handle it all herself—to purchase the flowers, arrange them in a vase, and put the arrangement in my friend’s room. We briefly discussed budget, style, size, etc. (I might add that she mentioned that there was a wedding going on at the inn that weekend, which seemed to be no deterrent at all to her assistance with my request!) Both my friend and Ali sent me a picture of the gorgeous bouquet. Truly what added to the beauty was how friendly, helpful and kind Ali was and is!

Beautiful views overlooking the water! I was not an overnight guest, but was there to enjoy the restaurant Blue. I had the most fabulous dinner! And everyone was there to make my experience one to remember. Thanks for a lovely evening!

Beautiful setting of a historic hotel with fabulous hilltop views of the Sheepscot River and the Atlantic. The food at Blue, their restaurant, is exceptional. If you can, stay in a room in one of the turrets which feature views of the water as well as sunrises. It's 17 miles from historic Bath which puts you off the grid but you are close to lighthouses and other attractions. And if you love your coffee in the morning, pour a cup and then sit on the porch and take in the scenery.

Truly amazing place to stay. The view is breathtaking, expect to want to sit on the veranda all day and well into the night with your drink of choice from the bar. But don't, because food is served inside (reservations recommended) and you shouldn't miss it. The staff is some of the most friendly people I've ever met, period. They accommodated us above and beyond with some last minute dinner plans and when us and another couple were up until 10:30 having wine on the veranda they were helpful right to the end. 15/10 will stay again.

For the boaters, there are moorings right in the channel outside, and a dock with cleats for a dinghy. Not sure whose moorings so you'll need to do some research. If you're inclined to anchor, anchoring looks tenuous. Lots of lobster traps, even through the mooring field. Very sheltered though.

Gorgeous inn with breathtaking views. I appreciated that it felt secluded and unplugged - perfect for a stop on our romantic babymoon. We loved sitting on the front porch appreciating the views of the Atlantic. The Blue restaurant attached was delicious. The rooms were accommodating and the owners were very friendly!

It was such a special experience to spend a couple of nights at this wonderful place. The location is just beautiful, the Innkeepers and staff are so friendly and welcoming, our meals were top-notch (including the continental breakfast with a variety of options to get the day started). And in reference to getting the day started, we were up to savor a beautiful sunrise from our room with a view. We'll be back!

Very friendly and accommodating hosts. The housekeeping staff kept the room clean and refreshed. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. Plus, the view was spectacular. A great way to unwind on the Maine coast, away from the crowds.

We hosted my daughter's wedding at Grey Havens Inn this month. Ali and Carlos and their staff did an amazing job making this an incredible event. They made sure everything went smoothly and made it possible for our family to truly enjoy the day. The food and service were excellent and of course the venue is incredible! The views out over the Altantic Ocean and the charm of this special New England inn will be part of our lasting memories of this special day.

We visited for the first time to enjoy Mothers Day brunch with friends. The first thing we noticed is the awesome view on the ocean side of the inn - really gorgeous on a sunny day! Inside the inn has lots of lovely features as proof of its age, and friendly staff welcomed us warmly. The food was wonderful and we had a really enjoyable visit. It must be a quiet, restful place for a long weekend or a small function.

This is the first google review I have ever written, but I felt compelled to post one on this establishment. My husband and I just returned from a 16 day trip to NYC and the New England States. We stayed two nights in the Bay View room. Our time there was fabulous and we enjoyed the atmosphere so much. We spent time on the front porch, on the bench at the water and in the lovely gathering room. We felt at home and very welcome. By far, the food at the BLUE restaurant was the best food we had on the entire trip! We each ordered different items each time and all were the absolute best of the trip! Congrats to the chef and entire staff for making this our best trip in 33 years of marriage! Its a must on your travel plans.

A wonderful place to unwind - relax and enjoy this lovely Inn. Ally and Carlos are excellent hosts. The setting is magical, with comfortable rooms and a great restaurant as well. Live piano greeted diners on Sunday evening adding to the ambiance of calmness.
