After a not so good experience with my N-Frontier at a dealership I researched an alternative auto maintenance business. Couldn't have found a better place to have my truck serviced in the whole state of Maine. I now believe it is in "good hands".

Special thanks to Hobbs for flawlessly fixing every request—I'm highly satisfied. Their thorough car examinations even caught my overlooked wiper issue. Overall, a five-star service that I truly appreciate. Thank you for your excellent and reasonably priced service.

Dealing with the shop was a pleasure. I spoke with Frank initially and he was able to get us in very quickly (unlike most local mechanic shops). The timeline that he gave us was exactly what we got. He definitely took care of us and made sure our vehicle was where it needed to be for our family. This will definitely be our place to go for future vehicle needs.

Ryan and the crew at The Shop were great! We took our vehicle to get a once over to ok it to flat tow behind our RV. They pointed out what needed to be repaired for safety, scheduled and repaired in a timely manner. They found a couple other issues but walked us through it all! We also asked them to do a few extra routine services as well. I would highly recommend this shop for having professional and friendly service!

Most professional, courteous service! Repairs were completed ahead of schedule for less than originally estimated. I was provided with timely updates and notified immediately when my car was ready to be picked up. The Shop will be getting all my repair business!

Great communication with updates. Always willing to help even when they are very busy. It’s hard to find trustworthy and reliable mechanics nowadays but these guys are the real deal.
