Is there a reason I can't access the ATM while shopping downtown. The card machine didn't work. There was no sign posted to say it was out of order. It was an inconvenience.

the downtown branch locked access to the atm since at least august. there is a sign on the door saying you can use your atm card to get into the door to get access to the atm, but the sign is inaccurate, as no cards work in the door. downtown customers of PNC have no way to access the atm besides during bank hours. they have no plans to address this issue and the currently have a sign up on the door with false info (that your card works to access the door). I spoke to an employee who said it's been like this since at least August 2023.

PNC literally closed my account for no reason with $388,000 in it since November 16th 2023 and no one in the bank can tell me where my money is. Someone in their bank embezzled my funds.

After having a business account for 4 years, with a substantial amount, I was not only charged $15 per cashier's check, but it also took 25 minutes. Insane!!! That's why they say leave the banks.

Horrid banking company. Family member that passed away this year had bank accounts with PNC. I was the beneficary of these accounts. The transfer process was frustrating. PNC flat out refused on several occasons to do their job. Even a couple times staff would insist that I do their job for them by calling this or that number, filing this or that form. Provided the correct verification that was needed including identification and death certificate but PNC would make excuses as to why they wouldn't transfer. It took a couple phone calls to corporate from myself and my lawyer to get this matter settled. It was like pulling teeth. A frustrating and humiliating experience. Its almost like PNC wanted the money for themselves. Thieves

No longer let you withdraw cash at this location, which is bewildering to me considering that this has to be a well-used location being downtown. There's also nothing on the building indicating that they no longer provide this service either, which I find frustrating. Makes no sense to me to have a location open that you can't engage in actual physical services at, the building could be closed to the public and everything they're doing could be done by phone or online. Deeply inconvenient, very disappointed.

I've had cavities filled at the dentist that were more enjoyable than using pnc online banking. Their security is so "good" I cant even get into my own account. So I'm shuffled between the hotline, my local branch, then back to the hotline and none of it got me any help. I'll stick with my Advia credit union where all my problems are cleared up in less than 10 minutes. You know you dont matter to pnc because of how they treat you.

No service just a security guard who thinks they run the place PNC is the worst bank to bank with they waste your money

If you were under the impression that this was a bank you are wrong it’s a business center or whatever they call it, they have no money, they couldn’t afford to keep all their employees and when the bank is closed they lock the door so you can’t even use the ATM

Look elsewhere. Used to be a good branch, but no longer lets you withdraw cash from inside. So no longer a full-service location.

Need all my money asap, all accounts I'm going to navy fed or a credit union
