Harbor Freight Tools

Another interesting business, that over the years has made increasingly good quality products for cheap prices: China. Harbor Freight has cheap tools with limited life-time warranties. Today, day 3-of-4 of a 4 day Memorial Day weekend sale allowed me to buy 1 item 25% off (per customer, per day - I’ll be back tomorrow). I bought a Quinn Master Impact 3/8’s Socket Set with extensions and various adapters. With sockets running metric and SAE from 8mm to 19mm, and 7/32 to 3/4. Short and deep well sockets. It was originally priced at 109.99 before 6% sales tax. I walked out the door with it, after tax, for $87.44 and I’m so pumped! I have grown up, alongside my dad using Snap-On, SK, Craftsman, and other tools brands with great satisfaction. In my dad’s retired years, he uses Harbor Freight and they’re almost as good for less than half the price with a surprisingly great warranty policy. Not that many months ago, I brought in a broken and faded 3/8 swivel ratchet for my dad - they questioned it only for a little bit because the color was off due to sun damage. Once I grabbed a matching, new ratchet off the rack and showed them they were exactly the same everything, they brought me back to the counter; with a printed off replacement receipt and new ratchet in-hand, out the door I walked, impressed. Thanks Harbor Freight, and Eric Smidt.

I needed to get a can of duster spray. The staff quickly showed me where it was. I paid and was out in less than 5 minutes.

I shouldn't go to places like this. A kid in a candy store comes to mind. I'm just happy Big Rapids has one.

Great selection of merchandise! This was my first visit to this Harbor Freight store. I was helped by Shelby who was wonderful at explaining where I could find the items I needed and recommended some other items as well. She told us about their Inside Track members club that will undoubtedly save us a bunch of money over the next year. She also told us about their tool warranty! Nice clean store that was well organized we will definitely be a frequent shoppers at the Big Rapids location! 👍

Great prices helpfull staff. I yr ago < just revisited your store today 5pm. Wow the Grey haired older lady at the register needs an attitude adjustment. Maybe she had a bad day I don't know .I felt I was bothering her .I called the 28 street store while I was in your bigrapids store. And they answered my questions .she knew I was calling another store .I love your store and will continue to shop there. Thank-you

I love coming to this store, everyone is always so helpful. I was having a hard time choosing the right generator and the Manager Mike was so much help, getting me the one I needed. The store is also so clean.

Love this location in Big Rapids. Super friendly staff. I personally bought and use in my garage. The Green Hydraulic Jack and the transmission lift for when vehicle is on ground.

Super friendly helpful staff. Easy in and out access from Perry st. Big Rapids mi. Photos are from parking lot. Look north from vehicle and there is the store front at 60 feet from where I parked. Look south from same position and there is Perry st. 60 ft. Footage is gustamated of course. You gotta shop there. 😀😀
