Kylie in kitchen cabinetry was absolutely fantastic to work with. She really knew her stuff, answered a ton of my questions, and walked us through everything. If I could give her more stars, I would. She was wonderful.

Best and most professional service I've had, managing multiple custom countertop orders. McKaehla and Kylie saved me time, money, and corrected problems I was having with a competitor's poor service and delayed delivery times. Absolutely outstanding and thorough follow-up to ensure everything was correct. Menards in Big Rapids needs to be the place you go BEFORE you waste your time elsewhere.

Good place to get all your needs for your next home project! And the people are all so friendly and helpful!

Made a delivery here was really smooth quick checkin, once I was unstrapped two hilo's unload, nice place to deliver too.

Still enjoy coming here. 😊 I've been visiting Lowe's for many years and been in many different stores; and never had a negative encounter with an employee. This visit I felt like I was bothering the employee. However, I realize (after working years in customer service myself) that we all have an "off" or bad day every once in a while. Not to mention..... Most places are short staffed, etc.... It did not reflect on the store in my personal opinions.. That's all.,..Have a beautiful and blessed day.

Staff was very gracious and helpful in loading a very bulky purchase in our vehicle. Indoor staff also very helpful, it is refreshing to have people offering to help. Store is always clean and well stocked

Went here towards the end of the night in a rush to get some last minute supplies we didn't realize we needed for a project, including 10 2x4's. Their staff allowed us back into the lumbar yard and helped my husband load our lumbar, plywood, etc. even though they were in the process of locking it up. They were literally lowering the gate when we managed to finally pull around to the lumbar yard. Staff went far above and beyond even though we offered to just come back and pick it up the next day, they insisted on helping us out that night. Great customer service!

I come here for all my home/barn improvements. I'm 5 miles closer to Alpine store but this place is way less stressful. Plenty of parking and never more than 1 deep in line.

It's a store you need to careful in. There are so many things that you see and you want to get. So beware when you go in there to only buy what you really need to get! The change today 03/11/22 is that prices have gone UP, So don't get price sticker shock!

A big shout out about how wonderful Kelsey and Danielle in customer order pick-up. Top-notch in problem-solving, customer service and cheerfulness. Thank you so much for your help with our floor model deck table to fit in our SUV.

I'm a big-time Menards fan! And this was easily one of the cleanest, most well-organized and well-stocked Menards I've been to yet. A little off the beaten path but definitely a good place to get items that are out of stock at the more heavily traffic locations.

Not sure when I'll be back but will be happy to come visit!

Today they get 5 stars as it was the first time in forever someone in the yard offered to help my husband load his truck. But our cashier Megan gets only 3 stars. Seemed like she didn't want to be there. Usually cashiers are outstanding.

Came in to buy coffee pods (Menards has the best prices on pods, IF you are not a loyal brand shopper) and left with a box of coffee pods, 2/18 gallon totes, and 8 Christmas gifts/stocking stuffers! Got some GREAT bargains, which is NOT unusual! I recommend shopping here, but be aware, you have to wear a mask.

They always have great stuff for great prices, and u can find more than just home remodeling stuff , they have food and pet supplies as well, toys , the list goes on . Definitely worth the visits.

2 of the 3 workers were extremely helpful. One was grumpy, but i just figured that i didn't know what his day had been like. The store is always very clean.

I was looking for an advertised item, with no luck. Finally asked an associate who looked it up, then he went to where it should have been but it wasn't there so he thought it may have been some where upstairs. He found it, brought it to me but it was rather large so he suggested he'd take it to the register area for me and he let me know where it would be for when I was done shopping. Nice experience. Sorry I didn't get his name.
