Big Rapids Online pick up is great. Everytime I come to get my groceries it's on time and the people are friendly. Especially Junior. He's the most polite customer service employee at Walmart. Greets you with kindness and a smile on his face. Very respectful and good manners. Please give this man a raise! 😊

Everything you could expect- big enough to get lost in, all the food, tech, clothes, and house supplies you'll ever need, and a staff that's ready to help! Sometimes you have to go looking to find somebody, but they're always kind and eager to guide you to the right place to find what you need.

Very nice and clean store. The employees are nice and helpful. Higher prices than in Grand Rapids, but that's to be expected being 40 miles further north. Very nice place

I shop early in the a.m. to avoid crowds. Only criticism is the pharmacy entrance doors were locked & NO TIME was posted to when they'd be unlocked so I parked on the wrong side of the lot & when I exited the market doors & got to my car, they were just then unlocking the pharmacy doors.....(about 8am) Got some extra steps in that day.....lol

We do Online Orders, They Do a Great job on Picking My Meat a Produce, it's a Real blessing, Thanks to All the Crew😘🌞🌻you all Rock

All good. Except $11.00 for fudge is excessive. Put that off one back. Ugh

I was helped by Martin an employee from the Customer Service department at the Walmart Supercenter in Big Rapids, MI. I was driving my car from Mackinaw City to Chicago when I had problems with my tires. I stopped my car at the Walmart Supercenter, unfortunately the Auto Care Center was close, but Martin still helped me. He checked what type of tires I needed and if they were sold at the Auto Care Center in Walmart. The next day I was able to purchase my tires with help from the very professional and nice employees at the Auto Care Center. Thank you for the excellent and professional service, Martin and the Auto Care Center!

Things I am shopping for aren't always stocked. I am handicapped and seem to get the scooter that runs out quickly. I can recharge it and the cashier got someone nice to put my purchases in a cart and take them out and put in my car. Very nice service by the employees.

I like their prices it's very good for people like me. Friendly workers at the self-service checkouts .!!!!

Great deals! Was pretty busy. Usually, it is busy the first week of the month, though. Got my 6 yo son some tank tops on sale for $2 each! Thanks!
