I went there to pick out and purchase a Blackstone griddle grill. While I was there the staff was wonderful. I was very indecisive and unsure on which grill I wanted and they helped me figure out which one I wanted to take home. They showed me the ones put together and we were able to choose better that was. And they sold me on one that was already put together to make my life easier. I couldn't be more satisfied with the help I received while I was there. And I also couldn't be more happy with my 4 burner black stone griddle grill. 😀

Get place to shop, they offer veterans discount which the other hardware store near by does not. Also they have friendly helpful staff.

A young lady at the customer service counter has been very helpful to me several times. She went out of her way to make sure I got my online order correct and then she took time to make sure the batteries I was looking at were price matched to a different location. Lowes is my go to for big orders due to difference in price between the local lumber companies. As a matter of fact I'll be heading there tomorrow for the rest of my cement.

Employees were great as they directed me where to get items I needed to avoid going up and down aisles. I was in a hurry and needed to find the items quickly.

Had a hard time finding a extra long screw, nice employee came along and helped me look. I didn't need to go find someone and ask for help.. I also needed lumber that was outside, they loaded it for me without me having to ask, like other places do.

Clean store. Plenty of staff! Garden center still full for mid Aug. They are remodeling bathrooms so only portable bathrooms available (not well kept up when we were there). Great items. They are a bit more expensive than other big box home improvement stores. Menards is right behind so it's great comparison shopping.

I really like shopping at this store when I am at my cabin in Mecosta. Great selection for outdoor needs and landscaping! The check out lines move really fast and employees are happy to help you load your purchases if needed! Easy access off 131 and worth the trip!

Thank you to Austin in the Big Rapids store. He showed so much patience with my mother who is turning 92. She was shopping for a washing machine. He made sure she could see the computer screen, large numbers on the calculator, talked slow and explained it all for her.

Has 1 of the best variety out there. About 4 asile. Very help workers, the 1 that helped me was Amy. I would go back for flooring any day. Also shout out to Tim in appliances found us Washer and Drier in less then 1 min after asking us some basic questions.
