My first interaction with this dealer was not the best. However I have taken my car back 3 times since and I will say my first time was an exception. In all other visits this dealer and their staff have been top notch. Great service and communication. wish I could do 6 or 7 stars.

Jerome was an awesome salesman and made leasing a truck as smooth as you’d like when dealing with this kind of transaction. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. My sales person was Jerome DiGiuseppe. He kept me informed, found me the perfect vehicle, and got me the best deal possible. Everything was easy, straightforward and honest. Jerome even found me a rebate I was not aware I qualified for, lowering my monthly payment. I looked for the right vehicle for a couple months, many other dealerships seemed to make it so difficult to simply purchase the vehicle I wanted. Jerome and Russ Milne made it so simple, I honestly couldn't believe it. Will definitely be recommending Jerome and coming back for my next vehicle.

Hands down the best place to take your vehicle for service. I’ve been taking my car to another local Ford prior to this place, and I’m feeling really disgruntled against them now that I see what a well oiled service shop is really like. I recently switched to Russ Milne and my car has been checked in for service and all info gathered before I even open the door to get out of it. No matter who you made your appt with, whomever isn’t busy will jump up to help you. I even had a guy come wandering out of the shop to ask me if I’ve been helped. At Russ Milne my service rep Brad has been nothing short of incredible, the communication has been excellent and he actually knows something about my electric car which is relief since he is the first person I’ve encountered out of my multiple trips for service this year to the other place that actually took the time to learn. I feel like he really went above and beyond for me today, hunting down a much needed part which is much more than the other place ever would have done for me. They are super organized and have this service thing down to a science so that it makes dropping off and picking up your car quick and easy. Thanks Russ Milne!!

The front hood is not lined up correctly to the fenders. One has a bigger gap to the other in the passenger door is not lined up properly neither

Extremely easy to schedule a service appointment on-line; service personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and prompt with completing the service needed in the time processed. Such a contrast to my previous dealership (while physically closer to my home, the experience at Russ Milne has been far superior in EVERY way). I definitely recommend!

I was told my vehicle would take hours to be diagnosed with a bad camera plus I did My 30,000 mile maintenance. Showed up at 7 AM out by 830. Everything was fixed. I am very impressed with Your Place. Dorian did not even want to touch my truck.

October 2021, I ordered my Ford Maverick – if you’ve had any interest in this vehicle, you know they are hard to get, order banks close fast, and with supply constraints, orders take some time to produce and deliver. Much to my surprise, yesterday I was alerted saying my order was delivered, approximately 350 days later! Naturally I was ecstatic and proceeded to bombard my sales rep via text message, Mr. Matthew Schwartz.

Matt was phenomenal every step of the way, including periodic bi-weekly or monthly checks of my order for nearly a year. When the good news came yesterday, Matt helped me get everything situated with a new car purchase over several hours via text – trade in, financing, eligible discounts, credit app, insurance, registration, the whole nine yards. The truck was cleaned and ready for pickup, and all my paperwork was situated in less than 6 hours from the original notification at 9am. Even after the sale and paperwork was all said and done, Matt spent a solid 20 minutes in the Maverick with me, showing me the features and how to operate the bells and whistles. I consider that level of service above and beyond.

I think we’ve all had or heard of an insufferable experience at a dealership – my experience with Matt at Russ Milne was the opposite. No high-pressure sales, my wants and apprehensions were equally respected, and it was truly a noteworthy car buying experience. I’d like to reiterate I wasn’t buying a Shelby GT 500 or F350 Platinum; I was buying a relatively modest Maverick and the sales experience was truly above bar; I felt like an equally valued customer. I’d also like to commend Russ Milne for not marking up these Mavericks when other dealers are trying to leech 5 – 10 thousand over MSRP – beyond that, I was able to reduce the price a bit over a thousand dollars between the X-Plan and ‘Ford Drives U’ recent college grad discounts!

In short, I highly recommend Mr. Matthew Schwartz for your sales needs, and I’ll most definitely be back to Russ Milne Ford!

Great service department! They fixed 2 recalls and repaired/replaced my squeaking brakes on my F150 on the same day with my appointment. Russ Milne is not the closest Ford dealership to me, but it is worth the extra drive to get the excellent service they provide in a timely matter. I highly recommend their service department.
