Cole's Salon

This was my first time visiting Cole's salon, after scheduling a last minute cut. I was very impressed by the location in terms of cleanliness and overall customer service.

Abby E. did an amazing job on my hair! Very impressed by the overall quality of my haircut and with her customer service. She catered my shorter cut to align with my thinner hair type and took the time to ask questions to confirm exactly the type of cut I was hoping for.

I look forward to returning for another haircut from her in the coming months!

Callie is the best stylist I have ever had! If you're looking for a great stylist who will listen to how you want your hair to look give her a call!

Alyssa Ann was so good. I haven't had a cut in over 6 months and in desperate need. She asked what I would like and gave advice. My cut and style turned out so beautiful. When I needed a little boost in self esteem she delivered. I will be back for a color and a trim with her. Very happy and thankful.

Wesleigh is AMAZING! This was my first time having my face waxed, and she was both gentle and thorough. My eyebrows are so neat and suit my face well, and my entire face is glowing! I’d highly recommend seeing her.

Braelie was amazing! She understood what I was looking for and clearly explained our options for getting there. I received gorgeous color and a fantastic cut. I had been growing out a bad haircut, so getting a great cut from Braelie was so reassuring. Overall outstanding service. I would absolutely recommend.

I went to Coles for the first time and Callie took care of me. I couldn't have been more pleased! Easy check in with super attentive employees and stylists alike. She was patient and knowledgeable, and helped teach me about my curl pattern and guided me through her styling so I could replicate it at home. Highly recommend

Excellent experience, for my 94 year old Mom, all around. The online registration process originally used was a breeze, the customer service I received when it was necessary to reschedule, as well as on the day of our appointment, was perfect, and Teresa is incredible! She was warm and friendly with my Mom, and does a great job with her hair. Coles has the reputation of being a wonderful place to work, and I can understand why. Thank you!

Cole’s always does a fantastic job. From the front desk to the stylists to the managers. Everyone is always courteous, friendly, and helpful. I love the Burnsville Cole’s!!!!

High-priced, but you get what you pay for. I have been going to Cole's for over three decades, periodically trying other salons that are less expensive. I always go back to Cole's for its outstanding service and quality. Lauren has been my stylist for several years and she is amazing!

I had a great first experience at Coles Salon! Skylar was attentive to the details I gave about my hair. She perfectly washed, dried, and curled my hair to my liking! All staff was attentive from the start with greetings and suggestions about BB products. Would definitely recommend Cole’s salon to anyone looking for a new hair place!

The only problem with getting a haircut at Cole's is getting emails requesting me to know how you did. Look at how long I've been coming to Cole's. Look how many times I've seen Molly H. (or Molly V. when I first started coming).

These rating emails have stopped me from doing business with other companies. Walser Mazda no longer gets my maintenance work, primarily because they always want a satisfaction survey completed. It's nonsense.

It is always a delight to visit and have my hair cared for by Delaney. She is fun, friendly and really listens to my desires for my hair and with given the freedom of care, she has never left me feeling like my hair was not her top priority. Highly recommend!!

Ryanne was great! She has helped me through some difficult hair issues to a good place now. She offers information, creative ideas and skill to help come to the best decision for my hair.

I am new customer. I went to Cole's because Rocco's in burnsville closed and I used them for several years. I read the reviews and had to try Cole's. The salon was very nice and clean inside. Callie listened to what I wanted and gave me a great cut and style! I'm very happy with my new do!. Highly recommend! I will be coming again!
