They’re amazing! Great customer service and prices. My daughter got RSV and missed her chance to turn in her March is reading for free whitecap tickets at school before spring break. Her whole school was going without her this weekend and she was so bummed out. I got a text from Jeremy saying they were offering free tickets for a game. I called in we won! My daughter is going to be so excited for her first baseball game, this was exactly what we needed and will forever remember this. I think this small gesture means a lot for some people like my family.

the reps here are very thorough with their work. Whatever you need help with understanding your policy or situation they will they go through with you every step of the way and they answer questions clearly.

I have worked with Jeremy a few times, but I mostly work with Michael. He has been amazing. He always gets back to me in a timely manner, answers all my questions, and goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my service. I am so glad I found this agency!

Very prompt response by Farm Bureau to water damage claim. Work was completed in a timely manner during very busy holiday season. All were very respectful of working in our home during this pandemic. Very pleased with completed work . Highly recommend!

Don’t waste your time or money with this agent. They will railroad you if you try to make a claim and not fight for you as they should…

Requested cancellation of my account a month ahead of time as I was switching to a new company, but was still charged for a full 6 month policy of full coverage. Over a week later and still no refund in my hands. Management unresponsive and unwilling to assist past reassurance that the refund was in the mail. Really poor quality of service. Would actively tell people to avoid doing business here. I am not the first person who has had this happen to them at this branch as well. This will be a trend
