Fairview Hardware Do it Best

I moved about 30 miles southeast of here less than a year ago. Slowly but surely renovating our home. Next addition: wood stove. It was pretty random. Went into a store, saw one on sale, and decided to buy it. I know nothing about installing these or what is needed. So, I spent the next 2 days researching and calling different stores. I added up all of the supplies I would need and where to find them, at 4 different stores, all an hour in different directions. Then, I was referred to do it best in Fairview. We called, spoke to Patrick, and he advised us to come in, that they've got all supplies in stock. So we did, and he was so helpful. We showed him pictures of where we were going to put the wood stove in our house and where it was going to come out. How big it was, etc. He compiled a list with pricing of everything that we would need at the same price ($2 difference) of what I had added up at the 4 different stores. He helped with all of our questions, and he was just a pleasure to work with. One stop shop, local store, and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

This is a delightful hardware store with just about everything I need. The people are warm, considerate, and knowledgeable. I had an issue recently with a rental that I brought to the manager's attention. She listened intently and apologized for the conflicting information I received. She handled it very professionally and we worked out a very satisfactory resolution. These people really respect their patrons and really bend over backward to make you happy. They know what customer service is, and deliver it consistently at a high level.

You will never find friendlier people any where I've ever been. They bend over backwards to help and they extremely knowledgeable and if they can't help you they will get someone else to assist you.

The best customer service I've ever had with a hardware store. Visit them several times a week for items need in fixing up our new home. We also purchased a wood burning stove and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fairview hardware store has the best selection locally for our area, out of approximately 4 hardware stores in a four town radius. The people are very helpful in Fairview and if they don't have it, they usually have an alternative selection for whatever you need.
