Courtney has the patience of a Saint. She was incredibly courteous. She explained everything thoroughly and customized our policies until they were just right. Her customer service was definitely above and beyond. That service alone will insure referrals and repeat customers.

This office was extremely easy to work with. I was switching our auto and home from another company and Sam was able to walk me through everything in a comprehensive and easy to understand manner. I feel like I received fair rates and a local office I can contact if I need help. The actual process of switching my policies over was efficient and we received our proofs of insurance and policies right away.

It took me a some days to get my situation together. I thought I might lose the window to obtain my coverage at the awesome rate they provided, but Sam was patient and diligent with me checking in, even when I couldn't get back to him. I appreciate this kind of service and would totally recommend this agency to anyone. Thanks again Sam.

I’m new to Michigan. The moves been super hectic. I made one quote online. Got a call from Sam within the hour. He sorted out all my info quickly, matched my coverage, lowered my premium a bit and got me squared away within 15 min. Easiest I’ve ever had a policy issued. 5 star service would recommend.

Man... Courtney is my Insurance Angel for sure. Through my scattered-Ness, unfortunate events, many emails, msgs, calls, vms, phone tag, smoke signals and pigeons. Lol. She was so helpful, patient and understanding through at least 6 weeks of my crazy life. I mean if Saving $ plus better and more coverage. Add Great service, explanations and conversation . Relief and trust is what I feel right now after a 22 min conversation. Great move on my part. I suggest you let them at least put an estimate together for ya. I did and made my life better/easier. 😁

Courtney has been our ins. agent for our home and vehicles for about 7 months and her service, communication, and promptness has been impeccable. We were hesitant to switch to State Farm as we had our other insurance carrier for roughly 20 years and old habits are hard to break. However, the transition was seamless and we are very pleased with the move and it made it even better when our renewal came up and all of our cars 6 month policy decreased (1st time ever)!

I have had many insurance agents through several different insurance companies over the years an I have definitely been most pleased with Mike and his office.
First, his office staff are always extremely helpful and kind. And as for Mike, he really seems to genuinely care about me as his client. I have had my auto and renters insurance through Mike since 2015. I get an annual call from him to make sure my coverage is appropriate for my current needs. He doesn't try up sell me like previous agents have. He has always been honest about what would best suit my needs. I can't recommend him and his office enough.
